Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Level 2 gone, Stockwatch gone - both at the critical moment as trading opens - help!

I've restarted a couple of slowish servers. How are things now?

Am new(ish) to this site so this point may have been raised before, but on Stockwatch the bid and offer prices that show red or blue depending on changes revert to green whenever the page is revisited.

Could the red/blue prices not be retained as this is a very good instant view of what current trends are.

Hi James - Level 2 is OK currently thanks. You may need to keep an eye on it though: in the past few days there have often been short blips of 'Service temporarily unavailable' - and as Murphy's Law dictates, it's usually at a crucial moment!

level 2 gone. Been sluggish for last 15 mins.

back now.

L2, it didn't go but did stop. I think I prefer the gone option.

One of our servers restarted around the time that you posted. It may have been caused by that. Sorry for the inconvenience. Should be fine now, please let me know if not.
