If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Not all Stockwatch (mid) prices OK - GFM, HAIK, LUP to name a few.
Also mid prices on Level 2 are still compared against Friday's close.

Dil,
There is a lag unfortunately which is delaying the non streaming vesion of stockwatch at this point in time. We are working to resolve this.

Whats happening.
At 1715 hrs, Stockwatch closing prices same as my portfolio closing prices, but SP increases/decreases and percentage changes very different.
Some Examples.
Stockwatch Portfolio
BP. +3.00p BP.+.5p
GSK -3.00p GSK -6p
RBS +17.50p RBS -5.5p
SEO +02p SEO -02p
So I have no idea if my portfolio is correct or not, IE am I up or down.
I cant go by yesterdays portfolio as I did not update it, (just back from Hols).
Just a thought....Are all the increases/decreases and percentages stuck at yesterdays amounts, on the portfolio, with just the closing prices altering to todays.

For the last 24 hours or so if I try to log on at home using Firefox I get the message
Page not found
- you may have typed the web address incorrectly.........
- it is possible that the web address that you are looking for may have been moved, updated or deleted....
Please try the following option instead
- return to the www.moneyam.com home page
- if you still encounter problems please email support@moneyam.com
If I then click on the home tab at the top I get onto the site - however I have not had to do this before (and do not get this if I log on at work (using Internet Explorer))
I've not had this before (is it something to do with cookies?) - if so how do I get rid of them?
Many thanks
Andrew

I have a feeling it might have been a bit of a nightmare day for MoneyAM.
Everything working fine until essentail maintenace carried out, when streaming prices are incorrect & complaints coming in thick & fast. Even the home page chart is showing FTSE down by 6 points on the day, yet it was in fact up 100 points. 6283 is the correct figure however.
Computers eh! Don't you just love 'em!! Tomorrow is another day!!!

Ta Ian but I went out at 7pm and nrk price seems to have dropped since then on non streaming watch list.
Think you still might have a few bugs.

Ian,
My previous prob (posted 1729 hrs yesterday) has cured itself. I appreciate there have been problems, it was mainly to make you aware it was still occurring last night. So at the moment, no prob.
Chalkie,
I got the same problem a couple of times with Windows, so it must be down to the general prob with the site.

Guys,
These issues would have been linked to the problems we had yesterday - things should be back to normal and stable today. If anybody does have any issues, please let me know,
Kayak,
We will take a look into that.

Chalkie,
Has this happened today? If so it may be that you are seeing a cached page. if you are entering the site through a saved favourite, try deleting that favourite and re entering it. Also you may want to try clearing out your temporary internet files by clicking on tools and delete browsing history.
