Hi Dill,
a few pals of mine get together and forward on the tip sheet tips, exchange tit for tat etc.
Heres what Evil said Monday..
"Renesola (SOLA) spiked up on Friday apparently because President Bush gave some vague commitment to renewable energy. I seem to remember that he also pledged to bring peace to Iraq. It does not matter a jot. This is a grotesquely overvalued share and my day will come. I shall report back on Wednesday".
Best of luck to holders.

the share price spiked cos Merrill Lynch issued a new buy note called 'The sun will shine, but pick your spots' highlighting suntech and renesola as top picks offering solid growth prospects. if fatboy thinks he can take on the big US investment funds then let the little fat c*nt have a go. Institutions are now driving the price. Lemmings also speculating that SOLA could even announce a FURTHER expansion in producitve capacity. WIth long term contracts to be announced for output from its announced expansion then id rather be in than out.
EK is a trader not an investor. His only concern is short term profit. In the medium term this stock will be earning 65-70 eps for 07 and 100p eps for 08. bet you can't buy growth like that anywhere else on a forecasted single digit p/e

Cynic, re your post 629, had a look and all have merit and a healthy 'blue' today, thanks for the pointers, still undecided.
Forti, re your post 630, hope your hat stays well and truly on your head and not in your mouth, ;-). Might even buy back into SOLA once the dust settles.
Queen, re your post 631, IIR are flying for sure, thanks for the heads up.

TAN has already bolted today.
CW. still prob a good bet.
SCHE has yet another good day
DOW should be good to 12960, though obviously with plenty of movement in both directions until it gets there.
BULLION has had a horrid afternoon ..... closed out my position with a modest loss, but may well get back in
have also been pointed at NAE by someone whose judgment is generally pretty sound

confess I have bought merely on the nudge i was given ..... have yet to check exactly what NAE does (even!), though i have an idea .... but so long as sp goes up, i don't really care!
there is a thread on NAE in TR .... i have just added to it, and have also asked Ian if of can be moved/linked to IR as I think it may be of general interest

post 620 = adequate chart with 25+50 dma marked in ...... some profit taking today but nothing really dramatic given the recent stratospheric rise

so much tub thumping and noise from you guys a week or so ago ..... amazing how quiet it gets once the stock starts looking decidedly soggy!
see chart on post 620 ...... better start hoping that 25 dma level holds at around 525 ..... at least rsi has now headed back towards neutral.

SOLA will only be proven a bargain at this level when the next trading statement exceeds expectations!
