If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

maddoctor,
At the moment, it seems more likely to me that it is just a coincidence that you had a MoneyAM page open when you were informed of the virus.
I can assure you we are not actively serving viruses, and no other users have reported the problem at this point.
Grisoft (makers of AVG) suggest that this virus most commonly spreads through local networks, shared disks and peer-to-peer networks. Could you have a look at the following page and see if it is of any help to you?

Thanks, James.

maddoctor,
As Grisoft explain, this virus is most commonly spread through local and peer-to-peer networks, not websites.
If your computer is not connected to any other computers via a local network, then it would seem most likely that you have received this virus through filesharing / peer-to-peer software.
Could you check whether or not you have any of these programs installed on your computer:
Bittorrent
Kazaa
Gnutella
EDonkey
EMule
Soulseek
Unfortunately, in addition to those listed above, there are a lot of other filesharing programs with different names that use the above networks. I do not have a list of them all.
Also, could you check the "Virus Vault" of AVG to see if it has contained the virus.
Finally, when you have time to let it run uninterrupted, could you get the latest AVG updates ("Check for updates"), then reboot and do a full system scan ("Scan Computer")
Thanks, James.

maddoctor,
You can find out more about it by googling for "delf worm". It's hard to say specifically what it does as it has several variants which do different things.
At this point, if it's in the Virus Vault then things are looking good.
If you find that navigating to a particular page on our site causes this virus warning to pop up immediately, please let us know.
Thanks, James.

Ian, I notice that prices havn't reset for the start of day yet. Does this mean that we are going to experience inaccurate prices again today.
