Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

They're obviously '100% on it'. Not even time to post on here to tell us that.

Is it my computer or is it your end? - Can't see any real-time prices at all - working completely in the dark and so cannot trade. This really is a disaster! Help!

Or 100% not there Doc ..maybe they all over slept...Toya it is everyone and we are all getting fed up :-(

They've lost the key and are locked out!

Apologies for the delay in service but we are currently not recieving live data from our supplier Comstock.

We will keep you updating as to thier progress.

We are contsantly onto Comstock about this feed , we will get it back up as soon as we can.

bout time you lot changed your data supplier. You'll remember not long back it took 3 weeks for the muppets to add LAND as a marketmaker. Amazing how other level 2 providers didn't seem to have a problem and added LAND immediately. MONEYAM very poor service these days and certainly wouldn't rec. Fortunately have back up with etrade.

Don't moneyam supply L2 to etrade?

Comstock dont seem to know why they have this outage which does not help us or our customers, we are on to them constantly.

Been very patient, but I subscibed to L2 after a fiasco with another site, so patience wearing a bit thin. I apreciaste there will always be problems, but Moneyam should look to their supplier for compensation which should be passed onto their (moneyam's) customers as the way things are going next Monday we will be expecting more of the same. Moneyam's management, not their IT (who I am sure are also fed up with the situation) should be kicking their suppliers backsides.
Not happy.
