Pursuit Dynamics plc is a UK based research and development company, which was founded in 2000 to develop and commercialise a revolutionary pumping and propulsion technology. Pursuit Dynamics (symbol: PDX) was listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in May 2001.

The PDX Technology is a steam-based system that has applications in both pumping and marine propulsion. It is cheap to manufacture, extremely robust, contains no moving parts and is virtually impossible to block. Pursuit Dynamics owns 100% of the Intellectual Property Rights that surround the PDX Technology.

Pursuit Dynamics is now working towards the commercialisation of the technology it has developed.

Oakapples,

Ooops, so did I!

IMO another piece in the jigsaw, the seeds for future growth are being well and truly planted now.

26 July 2005

Pursuit Dynamics plc ('Pursuit')

Pursuit Dynamics plc is pleased to announce that A&B Process Systems has become
Pursuit's first distributor in North America.

A&B Process Systems is an established leader in the process equipment industry.
They have over thirty years of experience in the food, dairy, beverage,
pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic and ethanol industries.

Commenting on the announcement, John Heathcote, Chief Executive of Pursuit,
said:

'We are delighted to have an experienced and well respected partner with whom
we can address the North American market. A&B Process Systems has a
well-deserved reputation for quality and integrity and they are an ideal
distributor for Pursuit in North America. They operate across a broad range of
sectors, working for many of the leading household brands in a number of
industries. The appointment of A&B Process Systems is timely in light of the
launch of the PDX Sonic at the Worldwide Food Expo in Chicago during October
2005. For the first time, we now have sales, manufacture, installation and
support, rather than just business development capabilities in North America.'

Oakapples142,

Actually, if you look at this link,

http://www.abprocess.com/indserved.htm

it illustrates you how well the PDX will fit into their existing product line.

Oakapples142 - 26 Jul 2005 15:32 - 658 of 1003

Andy - Thanks for advising me of link to AB Process Systems - I am so un IT that I would not think to otherwise do so. Looks like a well established company with a user friendly site. Also particularly encouraged to hear John Heathcote say that PDX is now capable of being manufactured and installed etc in North America - I hope they can keep up with the volumn or likely orders - lol - !!!
More good news is "Broker recommendation as a buy to-day"

Andy - 26 Jul 2005 16:18 - 659 of 1003

oakapples142,

Actually, I meant to add the link in so it could be clicked straight through.

These contracts are great and always nicely timed but I still say "Bring on the US Navy"

legend290782 - 20 Aug 2005 20:39 - 668 of 1003

Yes, good to see the co bringing out steady newsflow.... just wish we had some figures to quantify everything on....

Keep going pdx..

andrewbertram2003 - 26 Aug 2005 11:45 - 669 of 1003

steady flow of contracts.

Wait until the firemist and decontam stuff real starts biting.

I have stuck this stock since the early days.....I have a big belief in this company.

Brokers have mentioned 4 next year. Let the initial accounts get published and some more good news...

I love their pump system its brilliant!

Oakapples142 - 26 Aug 2005 12:32 - 670 of 1003

I`m with you ab2003 - in at 40p and will stay in for my first 10 bagger

andrewbertram2003 - 26 Aug 2005 12:40 - 671 of 1003

I keep reminding myself what they have as a product.
Watching the video of their Firemist experiments are amazing.
Once one fire fighting outfit use it successfully they will all be wanting.
I know firefighters and they always want to be up to date and up with the Jones so to speak.

The decontamination sounds incredible. Again, all from the same base technology.

We need earnings forecast etc.....I guess we need to wait until PDX's first full good year of trading.

NielsJensen - 26 Aug 2005 16:15 - 672 of 1003

In case you have been wondering about todays news, which do not appear on NOPs page unless you actually click on the N, here they are:

LONDON (AFX) - Buyers again chased Pursuit Dynamics, 4 better at 217, amid speculation that the company is talking to Kidde as a potential licensee of its PDX FireMist fire-suppression system.

FireMist, which extinguishes fires by using small water droplets sprayed at high volumes, is also thought to be of potential interest to Nasa.

Andy - 26 Aug 2005 22:09 - 673 of 1003

Nielsjensen,

That was also mentioned in The Times business section today, where they also mentioned a rumour about NASA interest, which has been aired before.

stringy - 28 Aug 2005 18:29 - 674 of 1003

Going fishing............Going fishing!

La La la la la la...........fish fish fish fish fishing!

Andy - 28 Aug 2005 21:38 - 675 of 1003

stringy,

I agree, the potential does appear to be increasing, but the extra R & D will use up available capital, and maybe they will have to fundraise further down the line?

I would hope they will do the usual trick of announcing good news to raise the price before the dilution, as other companies do, to minimize the percentage of the dilution.
