If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I've just tried to access Shares Magazine online like I've been able to do since it's inception and got the message for the first time that I needed to enter my username and password. I entered my MAM username and password but this is invalid.
Following the link 'if you are a shares subscriber' (which I am although separately to my MAM subscription) suggests that this is to set up a MAM Premier Services account which I do not need as I am on Monthly Level 2.
Am I doing something wrong, or is it something your end?
Many thanks
Andrew

Chalkie,
No you should be able to use your chalkie username and password as the acess is enabled on your this account. I have sent you a password reminder just for clarity - can you try when that arrives and let me know what happens please?

Sorry - tried using my MAM username and both the password you have recently sent me and my normal password
Both come up with the message 'Sorry, Chalkie is not a valid Shares magazine subscriber'
By the way, why if my MAM account is set up to be able to access this do I need to input a username and password again?
Look forward to hearing from you
Andrew

Sorry
Just tried again Chalkie and your new password and it came up with the message
'Sorry username/password not recognised'
The message was still as above i.e. Chalkie not a valid Shares subscriber if I entered my usual MAM password
I still don't understand why if my MAM account is set up to be able to access this do I need to input username and password again

Ian,
Could you have a look at the following problems please? I cannot access Streaming Stockwatch and L2 screen is blacked out. Java is correctly installed and I have logged out / logged in again and re-booted my pc but still no joy. Thanks in advance.

Pimpernel,
It sounds like you are struggling to download the applet which runs these streaming services.
The first thing to try would be to re install the Java plugin - this should clear down any problems you have. Click on the link below to do this:
http://java.sun.com/webapps/getjava/BrowserRedirect?locale=en&host=www.java.com:80
Once you have re installed it, please restart your machine and try again. If this does not work, please let me know,

Ian,
Don't know if it's my end or yours but some pages are very slow to open, stockwatch, traders/investors, and level 2. Level 2 is taking up to 1 minute to load when a epic is put in.
It appears intermittent as if I refresh it can be between 1 minute to almost instant.
I run another similar site as I always do which is running as normal, (this site is usually much slower than Moneyam).
Just thought it might assist if you knew it's not just Pimpernel having problems.
Just checked and my Level 2 now showing service temporary unavailable.
Cheers Greek.
