Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Farage was bang on last night on TV ,he said Cameron will try to tell us he has a deal on benefits for migrants but he will not be addressing migration and the free movement of people .
What with the new camp at Dunkirk and the masses that will be attacking the trucks there as well, hopefully it will all add to us voting out of the EU this summer.

YouGov poll, out today, is still finding a very close EU referendum race –
41% would vote to stay, 42% would vote to leave. With the margins of error, that is pretty even.
It looks like the 17% undecided will make the difference. I think we will end up staying in due to fear.

also probably correct, even if hardly a ringing endorsement

I am not certain which way I will vote but am leaning towards the out camp. DC was 'armed' with pathetic requests, he should have demanded much more. The depth of resentment of EU policies is being under-estimated imv.
I'm sure the thousands of people who have suffered terrible flooding of their homes will not have to think twice which way to vote, (2000 Law making it illegal to dredge).
H is your wish to remain in the EU?

At the moment, I would vote to leave. However, I can't see that happening.

george - in fact there are many good reasons NOT to dredge, and that is just a minor cause of the flooding
MrT - so if eu is totally corrupt as you also insist is the uk, where are you going to live? ..... saudi perhaps?

I agree cynic but the interests of householders should be of paramount importance, or do you think otherwise? As for dredging being a minor cause of flooding, who knows to what depth silt and the like has been allowed to build up over the last 15 years?

no more green belt building, no more building on flood plains, no more housing the rest of the world, currant policy. when the people of england start to go hungry building on fertile ground to then stop. so ask yourself who or what can you vote for, to stop the above, try & keep your thinking simple to arrive at this decision. Haze,
What is the betting on Cameron leading the stay in the EU and the rest of the unitedly split cabinet voting out.
The tories are at one another's throats.
Hear the razors being sharpened.
To have a split cabinet (or gang of thieves) is one of the reasons for some of the mess in the UK since 2010.
A leader wanting to make a mark in history.

There are several other polls showing the 'stay in' figures about 10% ahead.
