Pursuit Dynamics plc is a UK based research and development company, which was founded in 2000 to develop and commercialise a revolutionary pumping and propulsion technology. Pursuit Dynamics (symbol: PDX) was listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in May 2001.
PDX 25 Sonic.
The PDX Technology is a steam-based system that has applications in both pumping and marine propulsion. It is cheap to manufacture, extremely robust, contains no moving parts and is virtually impossible to block. Pursuit Dynamics owns 100% of the Intellectual Property Rights that surround the PDX Technology.
Pursuit Dynamics is now working towards the commercialisation of the technology it has developed.

I keep reminding myself what they have as a product.
Watching the video of their Firemist experiments are amazing.
Once one fire fighting outfit use it successfully they will all be wanting.
I know firefighters and they always want to be up to date and up with the Jones so to speak.
The decontamination sounds incredible. Again, all from the same base technology.
We need earnings forecast etc.....I guess we need to wait until PDX's first full good year of trading.

In case you have been wondering about todays news, which do not appear on NOPs page unless you actually click on the N, here they are:
LONDON (AFX) - Buyers again chased Pursuit Dynamics, 4 better at 217, amid speculation that the company is talking to Kidde as a potential licensee of its PDX FireMist fire-suppression system.
FireMist, which extinguishes fires by using small water droplets sprayed at high volumes, is also thought to be of potential interest to Nasa.

Nielsjensen,
That was also mentioned in The Times business section today, where they also mentioned a rumour about NASA interest, which has been aired before.

stringy,
I agree, the potential does appear to be increasing, but the extra R & D will use up available capital, and maybe they will have to fundraise further down the line?
I would hope they will do the usual trick of announcing good news to raise the price before the dilution, as other companies do, to minimize the percentage of the dilution.

That fairly big drinks op Coca-Cola ready to roll-out global
Kidde looking to take up revolutionary Firemist
The United Stated of America Department of Defence licencesed PDX anti-decontamination system
.......and - OIL RECOVERY FROM SAND proved more than viable using PDX"

His next post-

Bring on NASA too!
I'd like to know what the licensing model is?
They have 8 distributors over 6 countries...good start.
Lets see Russia, Asia and Aus added. With the middle easts activities...that surely would be a big market for other key applications....
God I wish I worked for Pursuit sometimes! :-)

I'm sure it will come.
Before PDX a pump was a pump was a pump and how long have they been around?
This kit is just amazing.......more of an advance than the turbojet engine was over the piston engine. I mean a pump with NO moving parts which can do all this can and with so many applications where it does the job better and/or cheaper than a conventional pump. It will be used Globally and for the forseable future imo.......just can't see it being any other way.

First US licence for Pursuit
MoneyAM
Pursuit Dynamics, which develops PDX processing technology, said it has won its first US licence in the food and beverage industry.
The order came through Pursuit's recently appointed US distributor for its food and beverage processing technology, A&B Process Systems. It said the licensee is a major US food manufacturer and producer with global, multi-billion dollar revenues.
The terms of the licence grant are not being disclosed for reasons of the client's commercial sensitivity.
CEO, John Heathcote, said the PDX Sonic is beginning to gain serious sales traction in worldwide markets.
'I look forward to reporting further progress to shareholders as our order pipeline produces further sales from system trials.

As for US deal thats excellent and I hope Kidde and Nasa are next.
Nice steady build of orders and before you know it PDX is generating rather a nice mount of earnings.

andrew,
So do I!
Apparently EK is still short, but he must be 40 points to the bad, so any more good news could well force him to close out, which in itself would benefit the SP.
