Referendum : to be in Europe or not to be ?, that is the question ! (REF)

required field - 03 Feb 2016 10:00

Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

I frankly think TM will win with a nice majority...the reason for this snap election is that she probably wants to be in a strong position and avoid divisions within the Tory party...Brexit therefore becomes easier....the Scottish referendum could be out of sight in the distant future if at all....leaving the EU with everything that implies taking precedence over the Caledonian troubles...tactical prowess by the PM ?...

How often do you change your mind??

Dil - 18 Apr 2017 21:25 - 6782 of 12628

Depends on what we are talking about.

Changed my mind a couple of times typing this reply.

Won't ever change my mind about voting Labour while Corbyn's in charge.

Fred1new - 18 Apr 2017 22:33 - 6783 of 12628

Which of Corbyn's policies do you most object to?

cynic - 19 Apr 2017 08:53 - 6793 of 12628

i shall be delighted to have a strong gov't negotiating brexit instead of the snp and other midgets making a nuisance of themselves from the sidelines

whether or not brexit is or was the "right choice" is irrelevant; it's what the country voted for, even if some may be having second thoughts (hard cheese)

MaxK - 19 Apr 2017 09:08 - 6794 of 12628

Spot on c.

MaxK - 19 Apr 2017 09:10 - 6795 of 12628

Pics too big.

2517GEORGE - 19 Apr 2017 09:12 - 6796 of 12628

There will be many in both camps having second thoughts.

VICTIM - 19 Apr 2017 09:21 - 6797 of 12628

That's the problem GEORGE , some voting as if it were getting back at Brexiters , which is not what it's about .

2517GEORGE - 19 Apr 2017 09:36 - 6798 of 12628

I know you can't rely on polls but it is reckoned 55% are in favour of Brexit (up 3%), and the only party carrying out their wishes is the Tory Party.

As for TM changing her mind have you (Fred) not heard of catching the opposition (pitiful as it is) wrong-footed.
