Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

I think it is a once in a lifetime chance for this country to get out from under a project that I think is nothing like what we signed up for in 1972. This is a climatic once in a lifetime moment for us. I don't think it's a gamble for London at all.

Yes, Boris might be talking his own book, but it suits my book too.

I watched the Agenda on ITV last night. Corbyn was on and was saying we need to do more about refugees. He said Greece and Italy were doing a lot.
They have sea borders and are stuck with refugees coming to them. If they could put up fence borders they would. Virtually all the EU countries would put up fences if they could.
Corbyn says we should take the Calais jungle inhabitants. I wonder what he would do if immigrants were trying to kick his door down so they could move in with him.

Euro judges in the ECJ could/would overrule anything that DC has negotiated(?) if we vote to stay on the grounds that they (judges) ensure laws are equal in all 28 member countries.

Nothing is unlikely with those €uro judges, most of them after all are politico's and appointee's, not legal judges.
Then you have the €uro parliament, they too can overturn the agreement. Indeed, some of their members have said just that.
So, no, Dave's cast iron victory is an illusion, all piss and wind and no legal substance.
