MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Jeff - ta.

Presentation looks like a startup company. 1m of assets, all in goodwill. Yeah, right. If it all goes titsup I guess the creditors could repossess that goodwill?

Give us 6m in working capital and we'll start over. Yeah, right. Good money after bad - does he think the people who've lobbed in the bad money are gullible enough to fall for this? Actually, in second thoughts ......

Tabs - you're the racing expert. Does this nag have form? How has it performed in the past with that last jockey?

Treblewide - 06 Apr 2009 20:12 - 6902 of 8631

i notice they turned over 35k in q1 2009....12k per month...outstanding

Dil - 07 Apr 2009 08:15 - 6903 of 8631

Nice options package , ramp the arse out of this along with a bit of dodgy accounting and hey ho its just like the old days and Bazza stuffs everyone twice.

Dil - 07 Apr 2009 08:16 - 6904 of 8631

Not getting a penny out of me.

Big Al - 07 Apr 2009 11:52 - 6905 of 8631

I know individuals who turn over more than that, Treb, me included. LOL!

Dead duck, always was always will be, ubt as Gausie says, the zoo are probably lining up to throw more into it.

Dil - 07 Apr 2009 12:25 - 6906 of 8631

They can't they have already lost everything on it haven't they ?

jeffmack - 07 Apr 2009 12:35 - 6907 of 8631

They are falling over themselves to put up the money. Even though someone pointed out that if they invest 2500 and get the shares at 10p, if they go to 20p they double their money 5,000. But if they relist at about 5p then 2500 in shares will be worth 10,000 at 20p.

jkd - 07 Apr 2009 13:05 - 6908 of 8631

jm
whats the alternative if already heavily commited? risk losing the lot or put up another 2500? that has been very cleverly pitched at a price level that many pi's might be able to come up with.the above argument that you outline seems very tempting.
G
the creditors could only reposses the goodwill if they were just that, i.e. creditors, having not yet been paid in full for the goodwill. presumably they have so that would rule out that possibility. on the other hand if they hav'nt i suppose they will be shown in the accounts as a creditor/liabilty. that might be perceived by some as double accounting. an asset on one side and a creditor/ liabilty on the other.
additionally the 6 mil you mention is not all for working capital, 2 mil of it is to clear liabilities.the other 4 is split 2 for development and 2 for working capital.
does anyone know what comes first, the closing date of the SCLN or issuance of fully audited accounts?
anyone investing without first seeing the audited accounts had better beware.
all just my opinion as always.
regards
jkd

Big Al - 07 Apr 2009 14:40 - 6909 of 8631

Unbelievable - do these dimwits still think 20p is possible?

People who do not learn usually lose heavily. That's where they're at. Now they still won't learn and are prepared to stump up more? I'll post them my dried up sandwich crusts when htey run out of food if they're lucky. Mind you, it would be more worthwhile giving it to the birds. ;-0

Good morning all.some interesting posts since the meeting.and thanks for talking and expressing your views like a normal decant human being Fred.
I am sure you understand the goings on previously with TFLBT and his posse of cnuts...they will soon be feeling the weak arm of the law
-------------
Why this post Gausie?
Gausie - 03 Apr 2009 19:10 - 6891 of 6911
Fred - the quicker MDX is put out of its misery, the better.
-------------
Why do you and the rest of the gang want this company to fail so very badly?I do not wish you or any member of the gang to lose money.you all have a family to look after the same as myself
If you make a million good luck to you.I hope none of you hold a short position?
Nobody likes a smart arse!but if you are all willing this company to wipeout just to see my demiseyour wasting your time.
That deaf dum blind kidusuing a blunt pin could still make good money in this market
I have been very busy just lately and have reaped the rewardsthat should upset Bouncy
Finally Gausie.your question to me read..Tabs - you're the racing expert. Does this nag have form? How has it performed in the past with that last jockey?
----------
I take it you were refering to Barry.so as a racing expert I would proclaim that he possesses the street wise of Lester Piggott..the will to win of Kieron Fallon. The bravery of Ryan Moorethe team work of Richard and Michael Hills and the final result of Frankies fabulous perfect seven.so I do hope you are not all caught short!
Must go noweven a full grown idiot can make money in these marketsand that just about includes bouncy.so speaking as a lucky shit I wont sound a smart arse and disclose my recant resultsmeldex has long since been coveredso a double whammy will be sweet.baguette and coffee beckons.toddle pip!

Dil - 08 Apr 2009 09:20 - 6913 of 8631

More like the steering skills of Stevie Wonder in a formula 1 car tabby.

You gonna pay 20p for a 1p share then tabby ?

Big Al - 08 Apr 2009 10:07 - 6914 of 8631

Yep, it does include me, Tabatha. Fortunately I wasn't starting from the lowly position you were. LOL! You see luck is not required if you apply sound judgement.

As to why do we want it to fail, you've not been listening (no surprise there then!). This has already failed and you lot are being led up the garden path by the "new management". Why would anyone stick money into this failure when, as you state, this is the time of plenty.

............... and oh how we've benefited. ;-))))))))

tabasco - 08 Apr 2009 12:38 - 6915 of 8631

You are right bouncy I have not been listening.please spell it out.why do you want Meldex to fail so badly?nobody on either channel has answered that pointok you have told me the company is shit many times.now take five minutes out and explain why you want it to fail so muchI have a lot on but I wait for your answer with interest.

Big Al - 08 Apr 2009 14:26 - 6916 of 8631

Obviously didn't read sentence #2 of that paragraph, did you? Jeez.

"This has already failed ...."

You just keeping scraping the pennies together to flush away once again. You don't seem to be able to move on yet you claim to have it covered. Still don't believe you on that score or you wouldn't give a toss!

tabasco - 08 Apr 2009 14:42 - 6917 of 8631

Please spell it out.why do you or did you want Meldex to fail so badly?now take five minutes out and explain why you want it to fail so much...I will keep posting the question until you answer
Also you cannot short Plus stocks...

Dil - 08 Apr 2009 15:22 - 6918 of 8631

My question too hard tabby ?

tabasco - 08 Apr 2009 15:34 - 6919 of 8631

Dil.why keep asking hypothetical questions?but I will answerI will not pay 20p for a 1p stockyour turn what is the reason you and all other member of the gang refuse to answer why they want Meldex to fail so badley.big mouth bouncy avoids the question like the plagueand so does the rest

Dil - 08 Apr 2009 15:42 - 6920 of 8631

So your not buying into the latest con then tabby , good on you.

It all ready has failed tabby , it's not suspended , skint and being investigated for nothing you know.

I never wanted it to fail as its been great to trade it over the years but I always thought it was a crock of shite run by a crock of shite (BM included) and was used as a vehicle to fleece investors so won't be that concerned when it does implode.
