Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

can you see anything at all on the screen when you go into stockwatch, as I have just taken a look - specifically at a few of the stocks you have mentioned and they are displaying fine. If you can describe as much of what you can or cannot see that will help me diagnose your problem,

i have probably 50 stocks on my monitor from stocks A to Z and those stocks beginning with A to S are all showing fine - streaming is excellent and RNS showing but stocks with T onwards show no prices at all and the A for RNS does not show. it is as though these stocks are simply not recognised. eg TMC was fine this morning but around 11am the streaming for toledo went blank. to summise, i can see the ticker symbol but the streaming is dead.

I have a list of around 100 stocks, 'a' through to 'z' and all are showing fine. can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing (ian@moneyam.com). It is strange that you can see some but not all, it could possibly be that the java aplet is being blocked or corrupted in someway by something on your machine, but its hard to tell.

To send me a screen shot, press print screen on your keyboard, and then in an E mail, if you could then click paste and fire it over to me,

I think I have solved the problem - you actually have 264 stocks in your list - the limit is set at 250. That is why the aplet is acting strangely and not showing the final stocks. You will need to take out 14 of the stocks and this will then solve the problem.

I've lost connection to your site on two or three occasions this morning. Otherwise, L2 freezing. Navigation to this link, for instance, really slow.

I have re-restarted the browser on a couple of occasions but don't think this is solving the problem.

We had some intermittent server issues earlier on today, which would have caused this. we have now resolved this so all should become more stable. Apologies for the inconvenience,

EDIT: Looks like this is from our news suppliers they have had some server trouble this morning. They are working to resolve it,
