Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Intraday Charts don't seem to be working if I click on the 1-day option (5 days is OK). Have tried this for BRR and EPO.

Chea - 21 Nov 2007 08:18 - 6985 of 7315

Site is incredibly slow.

Chea - 21 Nov 2007 08:23 - 6986 of 7315

Site navigation speed improved.

DBennett09 - 21 Nov 2007 08:33 - 6987 of 7315

No Intraday Charts ! Other charts working fine!

greekman - 21 Nov 2007 08:41 - 6988 of 7315

Chea,

Nothing personal but glad you have the same problem, it's been intermittently slow for a while now. I thought it was my end, but other similar sites (one that is always slower than MoneyAm) are OK.

James(MoneyAM) - 21 Nov 2007 08:44 - 6989 of 7315

All,

There was a problem with the chart servers this morning which has now been fixed. However, they will take a bit longer to 'catch up' to realtime and load the data which was sent through whilst they were down.

James.

DBennett09 - 21 Nov 2007 08:57 - 6990 of 7315

All ok now. Cheers

ferrari1 - 21 Nov 2007 14:19 - 6996 of 7315

"attempting to reconnect" but never does on Stockwatch

IanT(MoneyAM) - 21 Nov 2007 14:24 - 6997 of 7315

ferrari,

Could be one of several things - could you firstly click on the log out button and then log back in - you may have an old login session stuck on your machine. Secondly, could you try a reboot on the machine. If this doesn't work, try logging out and then clearing cookies (IE tools, delete browsing history, delete cookies)

If that fails, look at the way you are connecting to the internet - if you have a router, try a reboot on that. If all this fails, you will need to look at you rfirewall and check the settings with regard to java on that - if you are behind a corporate firewall, you may need to ask to have java allowed.

Is it just me or is the site all over the place today? Very slow, not loading pages correctly then ok again a few minutes later.

qwento - 23 Nov 2007 10:54 - 6999 of 7315

Same here.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 23 Nov 2007 10:57 - 7000 of 7315

Guys, apologies we did have some temporary issues with our servers they have been resolved and you should be back up to speed.
