My takeaway advice I will always remember in such an emergency is

- in reality based on everything I have read (a lot :o) - in the world of today it's impossible to escape in the true sense
- we are (at least in the physical sense) - bio chemical electro magnetic beings, and as such, just common sense dictates that our electro magnetic aspect will be influenced by external electro magnetics (even at basics - Flemmings rule...an' all).

They have bathed us to saturation point in a smog of EMF's
- if you can get mobile reception, TV reception, radio reception, live near power lines, cell towers etc then we are swamped in it.
- As well as the mobiles & wireless routers, the electrical wiring in our walls and floors generate electro magnetic fields ("dirty" electricity is an interesting read)

- on top of that the electricty output to our homes, street lighting etc is all - positive feed - and what might be termed the negative return side of the circuit back to the power station....is through the ground/earth.
(Similar to car electrics - positive wires run to components...and the circuit is completed back to the battery..via the cars bodywork)
- that creates all sorts of disturbances to the local - natural electro magnetic fields.

Earthing - is another interesting subject.
We used to be in permanent physical contact with mother earth
- walked barefoot
- or walked with feet covered in natural materials
- and slept in contact with the earth

Now we have insulating soles on our shoes which themselves are made of synthetic materials.
- our buildings are supported on "insulating" damp proof courses
- we walk on synthetic carpets or laminates
- and sleep on insulating "memory...foam"

We wear syntheic insulating clothing and our cars are insulated from "the ground"
(remember the little earth straps that were in vogue and dangled from the back of cars :o)

- longer story shorter - we end up "charged" out of synch with the earths..natural charge.
(notice all modern and old age "gurus" - all walk barefoot)

Pragmatic me (experiment no 272/a) - my partner suffers badly with migraines occasionally - during an episode
- suggested she come outside and stand on the damp grass - have you ever tried pesuading someone with a bad migraine....to just move !
- after much coaxing, she tried it (feeling like a poorly dork, stood in the middle of the back garden ..barefoot in her dressing gown on wet grass)
- 10 mins later she came in....and said - I think it is probably just pychological but I do actually feel a bit better.

So rather than escape from "IT" - i think the best that we can aim for is try to mitigate its effects
- get outside barefoot in the garden and vit D generating sunlight as often as possible
- have rouers as far away from you as possible
- have beds near but away from a wall with no electric in the wall(if possible) & have no mains electric items on bedside cabinets (or mobile phones)
- avoid laptops on your lap
- avoid bluetooth earpieces, headphones etc
- avoid microwaving any food
etc etc

And perhaps more importantly just be EMF aware.

I like the analogy
- we are not humans with a soul
- we are souls having a physical human experience
- a variation of your body is the temple of your soul I suppose.

Look after your body and you have a better experience.

Over the last month, investors are overwhelming purchasing

She now even tries to subtly educate those at work....and says to me regularly
