Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I've just got a wee red X up on top left of level 2, wasn't sure if it was a problem my end as haven't restarted laptop for a few days ?

If you are getting a red cross where streaming should be, could you firstly try close down any MoneyAM browsers you have open and then go back in and try again. If this does nto help, please can you restart your machine and let me know what happens?

We are working on a fix for this - even as we speak Alex is implementing more hardware which should solve this problem. It should be live at the end of this week, apologies for the inconvenience,

Apologies for not updating you - this should be resolved when the data base machines we are currently configuring and implementing are fully operational. I will speak to Alex and get an update on the eta for when they will be live and I will let you know,

FTSE index on the stockwatch page appears to be wrong. The index itself is correct - but the difference ie -13.8 is not correct - should be -36.10 - ish

Any idea when the Ftse index will be corrected - really irritating
