Israeli Gaza conflict?????? (GAZA)

Fred1new - 06 Jan 2009 19:21

Will this increase or decrease the likelihood of terrorist actions in America, Europe and the rest of the world?

If you were a member of a family murdered in this conflict, would you be seeking revenge?

Should Tzipi Livni and Ehud Olmert, be tried for war crimes if or when this conflict comes to an end?

What will the price of oil be in 4 weeks time?

cynic - 04 Feb 2009 08:39 - 708 of 6906

ah but at least being homemade they do provide local employment and, of course, tax revenue for the benefit of the whole!

Fred1new - 04 Feb 2009 10:08 - 709 of 6906

You mean a little like the handouts America sends Israel.

Gausie - 04 Feb 2009 10:27 - 710 of 6906

no.

MrCharts - 04 Feb 2009 10:36 - 711 of 6906

The Monchegorsk (Iran Hedayt) is carrying 10 containers of Iranian rockets and other weapons for rearming Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

The missiles and other weapons, concealed in welded steel containers, contravene UN Security Council Resolution 1747 which forbids Iran to export arms under international sanctions and violates Israel's terms for accepting a Gaza ceasefire in its 22-day operation.

If the ship is released, it will be intercepted by the Israeli Navy and that might result in an Israel - Iran war.

Some, no doubt, will already be preparing to write in support of an appeal for the Iranian casualties of an unprovoked Israeli genocidal attack on innocents blah blah blah.

Fred1new - 04 Feb 2009 10:39 - 712 of 6906

Horray!!!

Gausie - 04 Feb 2009 10:55 - 713 of 6906

Fred - if the prospect of a Israel/Iran war excites you to cheers then you're even sicker than I thought you were.

cynic - 04 Feb 2009 10:59 - 714 of 6906

as i have frequently said, it is the outsiders as much as the domestic lunatics who keep fomenting the conflict

Having gaps in this thread (the visible posts are 708, 710, 711, 713, 714) where the squelched one (T.S.O.) has apparently posted is mildly amusing, a bit like playing that children's game, Battleships......... :)

Richard

Gausie - 04 Feb 2009 11:22 - 716 of 6906

Richard - you're not missing anything.

Once again, Fred has turned up at a battle of wits totally unarmed.

MrCharts - 04 Feb 2009 11:36 - 717 of 6906

The "Iran Hedayt" - "Battleships" - non-existent posts - empty vessels............. lol
Richard

Ruth - 04 Feb 2009 11:37 - 718 of 6906

Mr charts, Gausie is right, you not missing much, Just Fred proving for all to see on the thread what a "first class prick really acts like"
cheering and getting all excited at the prospect of war, what a pathetic example of a man he is,its his family and wife i feel sorry for, we only have to endure his crap from our computer desks, his wife/family must have to face this sort of crap every day, more fool them is all i can say, it cant be much fun living with Freddie boy and his rose tinted glasses,

He wont be able to see this post;-) as i think im squelched from a previous thread, where again he chose to offer all his support for the wrong doers rather than the true victim/s,

Fred1new - 04 Feb 2009 11:49 - 719 of 6906

Obviously, the asylum is still open and being run by the insane. Long live murder and carnage. Perhaps, it is just another form of cleansing.

The only thing is that innocent children and the young are being sacrificed for the puerile bigoted limitation of their leaders. As is seen demonstrated by some posters on this thread.

I am glad that is can be seen as a big laugh, at the same level of a game.

Ruth - 04 Feb 2009 11:55 - 720 of 6906

Fred, your right, innocent children and the young are being sacrificed,
As shown in the video i posted re hamas training their young to hate and kill,
and also cowardly using them as human shields ,

Suggest you take another look, its their right in front of your eyes, theres no escaping it,not even your blinkered view can deny it is happening,

Maybe you might decide to comment on the video afterall. seeing as your so suddenly concerned for all innocent children?

MrCharts - 04 Feb 2009 11:57 - 721 of 6906

Ruth, Gausie, I know.
My grandma used to say of such people, "Just what sort of B is he?"
When I asked her what she meant, she used to say, "people are either decent or one of the five Bs - blind, bigoted, bad, barmy or bast***s"

Isaacs - 04 Feb 2009 12:05 - 722 of 6906

I seem to remember an innocent child in Portugal being sacrificed for a few plates of tapas as well.

MrCharts - 04 Feb 2009 12:15 - 723 of 6906

Oh yes !
Those Israelis were to blame for that as well.

rawdm999 - 04 Feb 2009 12:18 - 724 of 6906

'Horray!!!'

Fred, that comment really does show your way of thinking to be strange, depraved even. Having said that, maybe a pre emptive strike on Iran is what is needed now they've joined the space race.

ps, why haven't you been condemning Sri Lanka in the same manner you condemn Israel for their 'local disturbance.' The Tamil seem to work in the same way as Hamas - force the civilians to stay in the line of fire.

Fred1new - 04 Feb 2009 12:33 - 725 of 6906

Raw. Open up a thread on Sri Lanka and I will consider you contributions to the debate and solution of the problems there.

The "Horray" was being sarcastic. I am sorry that you couldn't understand that. I will try to be more explicit for you in future.

Isaacs, If the incident in Portugal, is what I think you are referring to, I hope that you never make a similar mistake and which leads to the same possible consequences.

Isaacs - 04 Feb 2009 12:39 - 726 of 6906

Fred - please don't worry as I definitely will not sacrificing my small children to go and have a glass of wine and a few olives.

Fred1new - 04 Feb 2009 12:46 - 727 of 6906

I hope you are right! But I did say similar mistake.
