Theresa May makes her first appearance in the Commons today as prime minister and she will be opening the debate on renewing Trident. Nothing strange about that, but the interesting thing is going to be the Scottish and Labour reactions on what is being discussed. Scotland's SDP are against and Labour are a bit mixed (up?) about it.

That's 17 days 13 hrs and about 15 mins to the Rio Olympics. And we've yet to hear that Russia will not be allowed to compete.
