They are not Muslims as you claimed. Sweden has high rape statistics due to the way they categorise rape, which is different from every other country.

Let's get off the rape subject and back to the great Moneyam bake off. I have been using nut oil as late for frying fish and meat. There is no grease from the oil afterwards. For dover sole, I normally fry some capers and cherry tomatoes alongside, then drizzle the lot over the fish at the end. Seasoned and served on a bed of salad, it makes a nice lunch and helps reduce the belly fat.
