MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Interesting post from one of their top gurus:

td, its quite amusing how the robot pingi suddenly had an opinion programmed into his micro chip.

Big Al - 16 Jul 2009 21:31 - 7422 of 8631

I had written a longer reply, but it got wiped.

Anyway, Tabatha, the gist of it was this: if you must post comments from ADVFN, please post the whole conversation and not only that which illustrates your point of view. It's only fair that others read everything and can takle an objective viewpoint. It does you no credit, but what you do fits with your contributions here.

An interesting post I just read asks when the offer closes. Amazing, these idiots can't even remember the dates. Even I've visited the MDX website and understand it's next week and then there's 14 days extension at Bazza's discretion and all that bollox. What kind of people are these? They love the company, but don't know what it's up to. Christ!

BTW, Tabatha, I've been stopped out of a Dow short this evening, which I began building last night. Have a glass of champers on me! ;-)))))

tabasco - 16 Jul 2009 21:51 - 7423 of 8631

I post what you sayif you are not happy dont say it!.Dont need one of your drinkscontaminated!my wine cellar is probably larger than your prefaband be very careful when you give advice those that you told RBS and LLOY were not amused.

Big Al - 16 Jul 2009 21:57 - 7424 of 8631

You post part of what I say. It's the sign of a slimey toad was what I was always told. ;-))))))

I think you confused cellar with cardboard box in the fridge, don't you? Why haven't you turned up over the road. I've been there all night. You're chickenshit is the only explanation.

Oh, and BTW, prefabs went out decades ago. Showing your age there. Suppose that's why the 800k you have left will be enough? Having only just turned 50, it wouldn't do me, bugsy. LOL! Not too far behind you, though. Would have been further, but then you dumped 200k on MDX didn't you? Idiot! ;-)))))

You are not supposed to be talking to me. You got some kind of memory disorder or something. I know that's a bit of a rhetorical question seeeing as you're an MDX shareholder and everything, but what about your mshorter term memory? Forget your statement or what? LOL!

tabasco - 16 Jul 2009 22:14 - 7427 of 8631

jkd - 17 Jul 2009 03:36 - 7429 of 8631

theres 8 furlongs in a mile. most horse prices are, or used to be mostly quoted in eighths,( in fact they still are mostly) hence 15/8 or 8/15 etc. if you calculate it out 6/4 is the same as 12/8ths both of which are 1 1/2 to one and say 7/2 is the same as 3 1/2 to one which is the same as
( in eigths) calculating upwards 7/2 = 14/4 =28/8 (theres those eighths again) all of which are equivalent to 3 1/2 to one . they just use the smallest or lowest denominator using whole numbers, but they can all be worked backwards to find the 1/8ths just as i have done above , in days now long gone we used to get prices such as 100/8 or 100/6 thats 12 1/2 to one and 16 2/3 to one in fractions. today we get quoted prices of 12/1 and 16/1.(when did or do we ever see13/1 or 17/1? )
as always the bookies have NIcked the difference, they just always seem to want and need a head start.
with shorter prices they use the same formula but in 1/16ths.always in their favour of course.
just a bit of trivia for you
regards
jkd

tabasco - 17 Jul 2009 08:20 - 7430 of 8631

Good Morning all>

JKDsorry to say you are wrong again.a round book is calculated to 100%

In a five horse race a bookmaker may choose to price up each horse at odds of 4/1 (5.0). In such a scenario were he to take an equal amount of money on each runner he would break even as each horse would have a 20% chance of winning. In that the five runners have combined implied "probabilities" of winning of 100%, we are dealing with a "round" book.

Let me give you an example of the 1987 Ascot Gold Cupmy first year as a traineeand as green as the thick little Scot is nowPaean won the race only just by 15L backed down to a starting price of 6/1 from 7s.Sadeem was second at 7/2...Saronicos third 7/1 Valuable Witness third 100/30 fav 4th Satco 5th 6/1 Caesar Imperator 6th 66/1 Bonhomie 7th 8/1 Authaal 9/1 and last of the eight which equals an over-round book of 109% just going back the one decimal point...And well under the average mark up of 18% JKD.

This years Gold Cup was won by Yeats (IRE) 6/4F with one extra runner at ninethe over-round book was 111% that included a hot-pot fava 25/1...33/1...40/1...and two 50/1 .you were tax free unlike the 1987 raceadd to that Betfair available now at just a little commission you are far better off now.but you wont think so.

Dil - 17 Jul 2009 08:37 - 7431 of 8631

Well rather than just talking to me since the NASDAQ days tabby maybe you should have been listening too.

Is the SCLN fecked yet ?

tabasco - 17 Jul 2009 08:40 - 7432 of 8631

Already answered that Dil.Keep up nice holiday?

Dil - 17 Jul 2009 08:58 - 7433 of 8631

Excellent thanks tabby , need another one to get over it.

ptholden - 17 Jul 2009 09:50 - 7434 of 8631

So how many SLNs has the resident ramper subscribed to?

Errr, probably none, so all this drivel about BJM being such a winner is not backed up by hard cash. Lol. The irony is that BJM raped bioprogress when he was the CEO to a much greater degree than Trevellion ever did.

Big Al - 17 Jul 2009 15:43 - 7435 of 8631

;-)))))))))))))))))

jeffmack - 22 Jul 2009 10:08 - 7436 of 8631

Is today the first close day for the SCLN? When will we know the result.

Big Al - 22 Jul 2009 10:44 - 7437 of 8631

"the closing date for the Minimum Subscription of 6,000,000 is 22 July 2009. If the Minimum Subscription is not fully subscribed by the closing date the Directors may extend the closing date by a period not exceeding 14 business days (extended closing date). If the Minimum Subscription has not been fully subscribed by close of business on the extended closing date, then all funds held in escrow (including interest payable on these monies) will be returned to applicants;

the Closing Date for the Maximum Subscription of 12,000,000 will be the earliest of (a) when subscriptions for the full amount have been received, or (b) 30 Business Days following the admission of the Companys ordinary shares to the PLUS-market, or (c) 31 October 2009."

tabasco - 22 Jul 2009 13:56 - 7438 of 8631

For Christ sake it is a done dealBarry has already made significant signings and dealshe has already been quoted in the Cambridge News:-"The company is going to survive Barry/Garry have performed miracles to dateworking their butt off for nixieGarrys game is moneymulti-millionaire Barry never comes second.. any individual with half a brain could come to a correct analogythose that prophecies failure have retarded inspiration for their short positions they also wear pampas 24/7 and live on valium and alcohol spritzers

Big Al - 22 Jul 2009 14:15 - 7439 of 8631

I'd missed the ramblings this week and then the bad penny turns up. That is a particularly disjointed post, however displaying a poor graps of spelling, grammar, etc.

The bear case was won long ago and I'd "accept" it if I were you!! ;-))))

tabasco - 22 Jul 2009 14:22 - 7440 of 8631

It was designed for a disjointed moronic Scot
