The Chancery Listing Office will accept them if delivered to Room WG4 in time. The papers for any urgent unlisted application (and any skeleton argument or bundle sought to be delivered out of time) must be delivered directly to the Judge's Clerk.

its simply 'sidetracking' . he is master at it. after a while he hopes we will all forget the original issue under discussion, and that he kept averaging down despite all the warnings to him of the dangers of doing so. naturally everyone was wrong and the issue now turns to at what price will it be refloated at? the other stuff seems long forgotten by t and only remembered by the few who did the warning. no doubt his selective memory is at work once again, or maybe he is hoping we might all simply get sidetracked and forget our warnings. if it comes back at any price he will of course have been proven right,LoL gotta laugh.

BTW, MDX might yet be dead and buried. We will have to await the outcome of the SCLN. I am very satisfied at the fact it was suspended at 7p, a figure that was predicted as "under 10p", although it did not reach the more wishful forecast of 5p. That might come, however. ;-)))
