How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

Evening guys
what a dire game, thought Rooney was stupid with the handball and many refs would have sent him off and thought we should have had a pen but all in all 0-0 was probably the right result. Both sides are desperately short in midfield which resulted in the 2 sides cancelling each other out. Henry looks barely fit and I dare say he needs a rest

looks like play will start at midnight - assuming im on my own tonight?
would expect the moisture to make batting a bit more tricky this morning and also a bit of swing with the heavy cloud cover. Will be happy to lay the draw as long as they are playing!

Just laid the draw for a lump at 1.6
Ponting/Hussey look well set but they are also scoring very quickly, which will keep the draw price propped up to a degree while wickets will see it drift

Looks like back Aus was the trade, come in a long way.

Yep, but risky, an early wicket would have seen the price disappear out
Draw lay looks almost risk free assuming the weather holds, even without wickets it seems not to want to fall below 1.55
