How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

i think i make your current book:
Draw -36.52
Aus +112.03
SA +109.81
I would view that as
-36.5
110
110
so in effect you have laid the draw for 110 at 1.33
So in effect you could back the draw now for 110 at 1.28 and have -5.5 on draw, level the 2 results
hope this makes sense , if not say so and ill explain further

Let me get my head round this. you arrived at 110 at 1.33 because
the 36.5 is 33% of the back amount?

Yes
Very simply 1+(36.5/110)

Would be happy to let my book run if the weather doubts werent about, but starting to drip money onto the draw to eliminate my final risk

Yes a lot better.
I've greened up now. What happens if i have a further bet, how do you work that out.
This is going to take some mastering.

Dont know cloudbase - still got a red number by the draw on my screen :-0 - only the weather looks like changing that now - and the skies look blue to me
Seriously, just treat it as a separate trade. Calculate your book without it

Top trading Steve, well done again.
Personally, I screwed up on this match. Got in on the draw last night at 1.3s at the declaration and went to bed :-((
Anyway, looking forward to Thurs.

It's a shame it isn't in play. I would have dumped some money in there as Arsenal have put out a reasonable side.
