MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Ill leave you with this snippet of evidence for now (extract of email from SM to JC): He [RT] made me lie to Hiral, he had his foot on mine under the table pressuring me until I said what he wanted.

Now that is worth talking abouteven if you are not a nosey bas*ard

Big Al - 27 Jul 2009 17:21 - 7668 of 8631

I'm not convinced he bought any, jm. He's realised the errors of his ways. ;-)))

That Robin B stard has done well - 3 1/2 books - impressive!

Just trying to give the numpties and alternative view, Tabatha. Don't expect them to take me up on it as I'm not sure how many could get hold of 2500 anyway. You'll need to recoup something from RSA, I guess. ;-))

BTW, Twitchet, being able to spell and being able to type are two very different things. Wouldn't expect an ignoramus such as yourself to realise that .......... and you didn't! ROFLMAO!

Big Al - 27 Jul 2009 17:23 - 7669 of 8631

Classic!

I agree with Orville,Grahamite2 and RP3406,the best way to go now is to raise the funds by either joining together or taking out a bank loan (or extending your credit card). These 2p shares will open at near 4p imo due to value of company prior to raising of cash(and the SLNs will convert to SCLNs imo).I have just bought one even though I had to sell some shares to do it.I will be voting for the 2p conversion.ps Idiots like Andy who think mdx will open at 2p are deluded,if you had a house worth 7p a share and then raised cash at 2p a share the new share price would reflect the 2p a share cash and the 7p a share house. The house wouldn't suddenly be seen as worthless and only the cash have value.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This (and other similar comments by the same poster) is utterly and totally moronic. No one should borrow money from any source to gamble on this company's survival, or any other for that matter.

Additionally, why would MDX be worth any more than 2p if it relists? Surely you realise how bad the accounts are going to be and BJM has already stated that sales are negligble. The SP was in freefall at 7p when it was suspended and since that time there has been a stream of news which has diminished the company to an even greater extent.

It's ramping muppets like you who are partly responsible for encouraging the gullible to get involved with MDX in the first place, you really are a total twat.

tabasco - 27 Jul 2009 17:27 - 7670 of 8631

I smell a rat in this whole affair.

1. Barry can you please send me an updated debtors list since the SLN circular?
2. How has the company been funded since January and how will this money be repaid?
3. ATEK hold 15million shares (approximately?), how many units are you aware of being subscribed with association to ATEK? I am pretty positive you will have been in touch with the members?
4. You told Bloomberg that you expect to relist with a market cap of 27-32 million, Assuming the full 12 million take up (800 million shares), do you expect the SP to open in the 3.5-4p range?
5. How can I be sure you aren't stalling a major deal and buying millions of pounds worth of SLN's at 2p to dramatically lower you average with the intent of announcing the deal after the SLN and

Dil - 28 Jul 2009 00:03 - 7680 of 8631

BM's reply (in the interest of fairness) :

1. Barry can you please send me an updated debtors list since the SLN circular?

There are no new debtors. All sales are made and paid for in short order. I think you meant creditors, but as you asked about debtors Ive answered your question.

2. How has the company been funded since January and how will this money be repaid?

VAT refund, R&D tax credits, receipts from sales, trade finance provided by Gary (repaid on receipt from the debtor and then reused again), personal funding of expenses etc. So, there is nothing to be repaid arising from the activities since January. That, Mr Smell A Rat, is a remarkable achievement in anyones book. Try it yourself sometime.

3. ATEK hold 15million shares (approximately?), how many units are you aware of being subscribed with association to ATEK? I am pretty positive you will have been in touch with the members?

About 10 as far as Im aware. And I havent been in touch with all members, so your positivity is misplaced.

4. You told Bloomberg that you expect to relist with a market cap of 27-32 million, Assuming the full 12 million take up (800 million shares), do you expect the SP to open in the 3.5-4p range?

My comment to Bloomberg was based on a 10p offer price. You do the math.

5. How can I be sure you aren't stalling a major deal and buying millions of pounds worth of SLN's at 2p to dramatically lower you average with the intent of announcing the deal after the SLN and then selling out?

You cant be sure. What do you want me to say that I havent said a gazillion times before?

tabasco - 28 Jul 2009 08:24 - 7681 of 8631

Good morning all>

Dilwhat is this fixation with Eakin? I dont know the guyI was just acting as the go-betweenso you could sell your one share.
As you are someone that professes to know a little on accountingwould you not do better in taking part in the MDX offer?an option to acquire shares at a predetermined price at any time over the next three years and your option money is secured and carries a coupon.seems like the sort of punt any half brained hillman would go forpretty much a racing certaintycould bring down your average on the one share currently standing at 8pbingo!

ptholden - 28 Jul 2009 08:30 - 7682 of 8631

Omg, what a loon.
Secured on what exactly? Lol

Big Al - 28 Jul 2009 08:54 - 7683 of 8631

It seems most half brained muppets didn't go for it, so why would a smarter Dil? ;-))))))))

There are so many better options for a bigger return out there if only they'd look. Stupid

B J Muncaster - 27 Jul'09 - 23:40 - 12183 of 12214

Well it looks a though the same old questions keep popping up again and again. I keep on answering them and they just keep on coming. I wonder who has the most stamina?

Right here goes again (for the umpteenth time) for the benefit of cautiousmoney:

1.Why no arrests?

I guess its because no complaint has been submitted to the police. Seems a sensible answer to me. What do you think?

2. Why was the conversion of 10p above the close at 7p

Because the offer is not a placing its a three year, secured, coupon carrying option, derisked to allow cash repayment at the end of the term. An excellent deal, but rejected by 97% of the shareholders.

3.Why has BJM not implicated the KKs ?

Do you not read anything I post or anything the Company says? I repeat, we have said time and time again we will take action against all the culprits.

4. Why did we wait so long to raise money ?

Im bloody good at what I do and I work my nuts off all hours. In January we inherited a company with a WUP against it, no NOMAD, 21 loss making companies with huge liabilities, no cash, no sales, and lots of employees doing nothing on high compensation packages. By April, yes April, we presented to shareholders our plans to raise capital. By that time we had restructured the Company, rid the Company of enormous liabilities, cut the workforce to the right size and with the right people to do the job, defeated the WUP, relaunched the Menoflavon brands, formed a JV to manage a film for drinks project, prioritised development projects, got the basis of a new website working, entered discussions with two parties to create a JV for a film production plant, and carried out sufficient investigations to instruct lawyers to commence proceedings against former directors.

We then took another few weeks to get ready the offer document, which required a lot of work because of its novel aspects, in that, we were able to offer all shareholders an opportunity to support the Company without doing a rights issue (which would have failed) and without having to prepare a full prospectus at a high and unaffordable cost.

While we were doing all of this, a few naysayers on here were moaning about how we were planning to rip-off the assets.

5.Why have the claims not been put on the website ?

Given your self proclaimed pseudo-legal background you should know it would be the wrong thing to do. The documents are available from the court, why not get them for yourself, or have your legal team of lawyers and barristers get them for you.

c)What was the litmus test the KKs passed

Im surprised you still dont get this. You want the KKs to appear in court, do you not? At least thats what youve posted here. What do you think the chances of that happening if they hadnt been elected to the main BOD? Use your brain man.

Now, Mr. I wont be supporting the Company Eakin smells a rat:
I smell a rat in this whole affair.

Then cautiousmoney again, who takes bargainbobs email from RT as being gospel:

Rob Molloy looks like it was 2007, So do tell Rob what has been done ??

So lets get this straight. Cautiousmoney is prepared to accept RTs word about a meeting Im supposed to have had with the KKs in 2007. This is the word of someone who has had his assets frozen and proceedings brought against him, as posted by Chay, for orchestrating sham transactions to inflate sales figures. And just to add salt to the wounds the document is distributed bargainbob! It would be hysterical if it wasnt so sad.

For the record, I first met the KKs at a meeting held at RSDs office in October of 2008. Geoff Nash of FinnCap was present along with RSD and Peter Sugarman. Im sure any or all of them would confirm what Ive said to be true. So, CM and BB, stick that where the sun dont shine.

That would be to get 6 million at a fair rat of interest lets say errrmmm 18 % that would be fair to all shareholders

OK CM, why not ask shareholders if theyd be prepared to lend 6M to the Company, unsecured and with no chance of conversion to equity for 18% interest. Ill be interested in the response.

Ooooh hang on a minute can anyone remember what happened to the Hollister case

Now dont be so disingenuous CM. You know what happened in the Hollister case, dont you. Everyone else does, so I cant believe youre Billy No Mates on that issue.

B J Muncaster - 27 Jul'09 - 23:45 - 12184 of 12214

Dil,

Eakin (who will not be supporting the Company) visits Cambridge regularly and asked if he could visit the office. He was told he'd be welcome any time. He hasn't taken up the offer. So, it wouldn't be too difficult for him to look inside the blackbox, would it. He chooses not to do so. Yet moans on here about it. A lightweight in my book. A lot of other shareholders have taken up a simliar offer and have been made most welcome, and I repeat it's open to all.
