Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Here's a good web site for punters to go mad and place a straight Election bet:
https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/politics/market/1.131081434
For instance, if you are absolutely certain, that Theresa May will still be the Prime Minister after the General Election, then a £1,000 bet on here will get you a profit of £150 to £160 (x 0.95) - as I type.
As I type, there is currently enough liquidity to place such a bet but I guess it won't necessarily last for ever.

I agree with Fred about the BBC or at least on TV as I don't listen to the radio. I always find them pretty balanced.

Anyone see Sturgeon the other night on Ask The Leader ? She got a right going over off a Scottish audience about calling for another referendum and her handling of things north of the border.

And what some socialist scum forget when they complain about who owns
the newspapers and the owners political views expressed in their outlook,
is the public have a choice whether to buy that publication or not...
Where as the public are forced to pay a licence fee and do not have a choice,
so the state subsidised bbc should not be run for the liberal lefties, by liberal
lefties...

They are trying to keep warm in times of austerity.
Perhaps, they are wishing to martyr Mother Theresa.

Well if the exit poles are correct Theresa is a goner. Get the podium outside no 10 ready.

So far the swing is not as large as the exit poll on the 3 seats won by the Labour party -
Labour held Newcastle Central with a smaller swing from the Tories, of 2%, than the exit poll suggested 7%
