And both times were around 2pm when you would expect the most staff to be on duty due to office staff , out patient workers etc to be on duty.

That nurse couldn't find a space for the last five years when you take into account rest days and holidays !

And if she had been working there 5 years she would be on more than £15k so something doesn't add up.

Just fund this and other vital services properly instead of cutting them by stealth.

No coherent policy as nearest hospital to me is in Abergavenny and parking is free.

IMHO, despite the ruling from the judge, who would be setting a very peculiar precedent if he had ruled otherwise, this all has to be kicked into touch.

Update on the parking at University Hospital Wales.

There were three workers involved who had over 100 tickets BETWEEN them which comes to about £15k not the £150k you saw reported earlier Exec. Also the worker being interviewed was a support worker and not a nurse as was previously reported.

From what I can gather there was an amnesty up to a certain date and 98% of staff have subsequently parked correctly while these three have just carried on as before.

To be honest I haven't got much sympathy for them.
