Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Exec - think we already have a few red lines and being part of the single union would be at issue with them.
I really can't see us getting any type of deal with them regarding the single market as no EU court involvement and no freedom of movement are two red lines that won't be crossed.
May imo made a fair offer regarding current EU nationals and the EU come back saying they want EU court to decide things regarding their citizens living here. That is totally unreasonable and won't happen.
Figures being banded about like 100 billion for us to leave are also unreasonable and besides Corbyn and a few other loonies no one in their right mind would agree to a figure that is effectively over 12 years worth of our current net payments to the EU when we have already given them almost 3 years notice of our intent to leave.
I am not in favour of paying any type of charge for a free trade deal with the EU , if they don't want to do one we can't force them but I definitely don't think we need to pay a ransom to deal freely with them.
No deal won't be the best deal but won't be the worst deal either and in the meantime we can get on with doing deals with the rest of the world.
EU farmers are going to love it when we do a deal with Oz and NZ and EU car manufactures will love us doing a deal with the US and China.
Would love to see us doing a mutually beneficial deal with the EU on trade but I can't see it happening.

Silly questions, silly answers
UK PM May dodges question on how long she will stay in power
Thu, 13th Jul 2017 10:45
LONDON, July 13 (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Theresa May on Thursday declined to say how much longer she will remain in power after losing her parliamentary majority in last month's election.
"I still see there is a lot that we need to do we and as prime minister I want to get on with that job of changing people's lives for the better," May told BBC radio.

TM is still the best person to secure a clean break from the EU.
Was she asked about the record employment figures?

There are some questions which, just because they are asked, don't merit the reasonable response of a civilised answer.
Just what the hell do they want her to respond, mentor?
1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, etc, etc.?
Here's another daft question:
Q. What is the purpose of life?
If life doesn't have a purpose and we all exist simply because 'we can', then that 'accidental happening' negates the question completely, doesn't it?
