Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

She set up the company that owned the house: Lilmor Investments Ltd. I guess her kids owned it by the time I lived there.

Did you notice another person on the Bill? NOSMO KING. I remember Eric Morecambe talking about him. He had seen the sign NO SMOKING. It was written on a pair of doors in a theatre. The doors opened leaving NOSMO on one door and KING on the other. He took it as his stage name.

Philip Hammond has been warned by cabinet colleagues that he faces an ambush on the budget from Tories who want him out. Senior government figures fear that the chancher has become so toxic that he does not have sufficient authority to get difficult measures through the Commons.

Exec,
A bit like buying into a startup tech company.
The state "hopes" the "investment" will make good returns in the future.

Tories = the consistently cheap and nasty party.

Yes, just a money making gimmick. Can't move at more than 10 mph outside the "congestion" area. Khan was on the radio this morning justifying the T charge and blaming vehicles for everything from grey hair to dementia. Nothing about labour policies driving people mad.

What a bunch of moaners on this thread, easy to blame all the parties that run the country but much harder to do anything about making change, as as you are met by a well educated, corrupt civil service that is supported by the judiciary and the police, who run rings around nearly all well meaning politicians, by putting the resources collected from all taxes to weigh down any dissent by loading them with so much documentation while they collect even more paperwork to put forward other ideas that fit in with there long term plans to increase their own powers within the establishments they control.
