Good morning and it's bloody freezing in here!! LOL
Ok got the logs and I'm going to light this state of the art
wood burning stove we have and get a fire going in the open fireplace
in the corner of the louge bar - yes we have central heating but
given the choice of the warm light and cosiness of a real fire
against the metal arty rads. I know which I would choose!

Now fire lighters, logs, newspaper, matches, fire proof suit.....
;>)

Stockbunny. If I can help, I have a useless piece of wood (albeit with a few metal strings still attached). Bloody 'A' chord! :-(

Morning Bunny, extra cold, so it is. Missed Stormy last night so I'll just give this Guiness a good stir to instil some life into it and have an Irish breakfast, can't waste it even though it is free-))

Ok the fire's lit and the stove is heating up, only a small patch of
singed fur (that spelling looks iffy,,,oh well) so I must thank GD
for the fire-proof suit, he was right, bunnies, fires and using
quick start fuel really for the Bar-B-Q doesn't mix!

Spaceman - You'd better get a grip of this place, just caught these two rascals down by the shed.

Well the lack of fluffy ears and the heading 'husbands'

As it is officially Brass Monkeys Weather out there the
Coffee House has the following winter-warmer menu today:

Lentil and vegetable chunky soup with homemade wholemeal bread rolls.
Beef casserole cooked in beer with root veggies and same said bread.
(OH ok then....I'll bake some white bread rolls too!)
Chicken, leek and mushroom stew with same above.
Jacket potatoes with melted cheddar cheese, or sour cream and chives.
Chilli-con-carne with rice.

Followed by:
Steamed chocolate pudding with custard
Baked apples with rum soaked fruits with or without custard
Bread and butter pudding with extra raisins

Hot chocolate and hot toddies available all day from the bar.

followed the smell of fresh donuts here. where are they?

Always on the counter by the danish and criossants.

Well that's the quietest lunchtime session we have had for a while!
Ok still loads of food left for anyone who wants any.

Ok so it's a large plate of salad then Opto - no problem :>)

I'm not on a diet Bunny, I'm 12st 3lb and 5' 6" no major problem just the odd half stone, of course in the wrong place!! So can I have a steak with the salad please :-)
