I don't want to rub it in but I'm up 529.2% on Dana. It could go to 1400p

If you are paying Gordon this tax year then it means you must be doing something right, Moneyplus. Stop moaning and pay your taxes, like everyone else! Personally I would love to pay Gordon as much as possible. :o)

Hi All,

I have had a read of the EVO monthly, no big coverage of SEO, we were beaten by Shire Pharm coverage :(

A couple of things of note, EVO still say BUY, and still think 30p will come this year, and a very interesting thing, is that they think USA deals for Biotec TPS will come soon :)

Cheers,

PM

moneyplus - 10 Aug 2005 13:42 - 8276 of 27111

thanks all.

Moneyplus

Moneypus - I have got as much as possible in my ISA, my wifes ISA, my kids ISA, my dogs ISA. They give me permission to manage their accounts and BSL put it all on line in seperate accounts - but all viewable on a single screen. It works really well. No CGT, although I do have to pay a 6 month admin charge.
Once you have maximised your ISA - then spreadbet - then CFD I guess.

I have just opened a spreadbet accout with City Index - would be interested in others views on this or other SB firms - and am dabbling with it at the moment to make sure I understand it before using it in anger.

From another board regarding the circular from SEO, another avenue of revenue we hadn't thought about.
The exclusivity rights are in relation to Greenseal traylidding technology within the food sector. So they would already be able to supply to nonASDA customers with non-food applications. Tony Raune said "I can see applications for RF where ever I look in the store". DIY fixings, toys, books, CD/DVDs? All need to be contained for both ease of carrying and security so why not seal the containers with RF and be green and save?

driver - 10 Aug 2005 16:07 - 8282 of 27111

Also this another good point.
Agreed targets and in accordance with the maximum pricing mechanism, and on this point, SEO is entitled to terminate the ASDA agreement should these targets not be met, So the pressure for orders is on ASDA if they want to stay ahead of their competitors until next April. Maximum pricing? probably the reduced price to ASDA on the first so many orders we have speculated over before now.

bosley - 10 Aug 2005 16:14 - 8283 of 27111

well that would explain the tough talk attributed to asda in evo's note , that asda would be demanding significant savings from packers whether they get greenseal or not. asda want to stay ahead and need to force their packers into giving seo orders or seo will go elsewhere. they're a bit sharp this board.

Two trades just gone through totaling 1.5m+ shares theres some big players around.

bosley - 10 Aug 2005 16:15 - 8285 of 27111

ahem!

bhunt1910 - 10 Aug 2005 16:27 - 8286 of 27111

I can take no credit for this research - attributabl to trucking duck on another board - but this is good stuff.
"Take the time to read (below), mentions Biotech at their recent EGM, find the charts on Bloomberg (epic symbol = erth), their shareprice shot up after the EGM. Their market CAP (AS THEIR SHARES ARE PUBLICALLY TRADED) is within SEOs financial capability.

http://investor.earthshell.com/EdgarDetail.cfm?CompanyID=ERT H&CIK=911801&FID=1144204-05-20775&SID=05-00

This has to be the news thats coming, if we get this company we dont just get Walmart we get the whole of the USA. Remember we (Biotec) own the Worldwide rights to their technology, Earthshell only license it. i.e. they are screwed without us. Put Earthshell & "Greenseal" together it makes total sense. "

Molook at the director holdings and from the statement it says that Essam Mr Khsoggi is retiring. He may well want to sell his holding too.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How about that Essam & E Khashoggi, just got a load of cash for Biotec. They are buying SEO shares with the cash they are getting from Biotec (thats whats keeping the price up, the mystery buyers) so that when SEO announces they are buying Earthshell (they cant afford not too as earthshell own the licenses for all the food packaging, so no point in buying Biotec unless they get this as well (N.B. Greenseal is predominantly related to food at present and they keep mentioning "starpool", this is the "starpool" in my opinion, if its not then SEO are in competition with themselves and this does not make sense). Therefore Essam & EKI get two bites of the cherry, cash for earthshell & increase in SEO price.

What you think ? "

Just the odd 1m trade again at the close - was it really a buy I wonder ?

On the face of it does not look look like a buy - but then again the price was level for most of the day - only dropping at the close.

Is anyone else on this thread planning to go to the EGM on the 30 August? I shall be going and will glean what I can. If anyone wants any particular questions asking for them, post it here or email me, whichever suits.
In the meantime anyone who wants a quick punt, but hopefully very profitable one, over the next 10 days, try Chaco (CHP) It promises to be very very good.
