its ok , I just thought you might have an answer to my question How legal is a marriage in Thailand between a Thai girl and a UK resident back in the UK, what rights does she have if the marriage broke up and can she get the same inheritance tax discount that British wife's have ?

Because I married a filippino in the Philippines and we are living in the UK and the same law would apply .

My Mrs has UK Citizenship now, so I guess same rights as UK born wife's. She is on for 25% of Clubby's fortune when he goes to the big trading room in the sky.
