Short term thinking

I am still in for the long term - this company will deliver - it has tremendous potential. Whilst there is no news - it will meander and fall back.

Maybe a good opportunity for some short term traders - but I tried that and got burnt - so now I just hang in there and still look for 30p by Xmas (but secretly hoping for more - but dont tell anyone).

CHP looks interesting

small mention in todays share mag, in the fav five section. sp quick to do its walk down on no news. i thought we would be steady for a few days at least!!

superrod - 01 Sep 2005 11:25 - 8798 of 27111

a big danger now of T traders coming in.....many of these dont show and if the selling continues they will have to close and send it even further down.

signed a smug seller at 21p ( not really ) i want this co to succeed because its one of a very few in my 20 years trading experience that can deliver the promised goods.

my smugness is purely down to the fact that i can buy back in at a much lower price.

If they used SEO RF would they need this. Must be less cost effective than the RF system although would be nice to see if the possibility of working with RF would be cost efficient as RF still has a failure rate although greatly reduced.

Nervous punters can sell all they want but just one deal from Howard White in US is all it will take.

Its a simple fact that he has gone there to roll out Greenseal, probably other things as well but lets stick to Greenseal. If, 12 months from now, there are no orders, no machines fitted & producing from a personal point of view I guess he will be very disappointed. What volume of machines? There are many thousands in US so lets take a figure of 2000 (ASDA in UK alone intend to have 100s converted). This 2000 at 30k each license fee = 60m pa ongoing. At a pe of 20 mkt cap would be 1.2bn, which given current SEO value would equate to 1.40 share price. Also 150 engineers we are told are trained up and ready to go so no probs with resourec for installation. 2000 machines = 1 conversion / month per engineer + an additional one in Dec for good luck. This is a crude estimation but:

1. Is based on only a small volume of US machines.
2. Takes no account of any 1st year conversion profits.
3. Totally ignores revenue from elsewhere in SEO including Starpol/Frogpack and Greenseal outside of US/UK.

Traders can play with this one but if they are out when any size US announcement comes they will not get in below 1. Any announcement will almost certainly come before market opening.
