Starpol 2000 .... it's gonna be a BIG winner !

Bank of England Governor in Oil Cost Warning

----------------------------------------------

Mervyn King, Governor of the Bank of England warned yesterday in an
interview with the Belfast Telegraph that:

"Some of the increases (in the oil price) in the last couple of
weeks are almost certainly temporary but the big increase over the
last year will remain.

"Those increases are the result of strong global demand for oil,
particularly from China, and the price of oil futures shows that the
markets do not expect an early revision to the low oil prices we had
got used to a couple of years ago."

Ghengis Hi,

Ah, I'm paying attention now .... it's the iii SEO BB !

Any posts in particular you think we should look at ?

Cheers,
PM

bosley - 02 Sep 2005 13:44 - 8855 of 27111

ghengis, i don't see your point. seq is doing what he does and the iii thread has become exactly what this thread became, childish nonsense. seo isn't hard to figure out, really. when there is no news the sp drifts. when there is good news it goes up. when there is good news coming it takes a dive just before. how hard is that?

paulmasterson1 - 02 Sep 2005 13:52 - 8856 of 27111

Bos Hi,

I see !

I left iii 2 years ago, as it was even quieter than here, maybe only 5 or 10 posters at the time, so seq can ramble on to himself over there, it won't make any difference to 99.99% of longs :))))

Cheers,
PM

Lets go back to August 2004 - as its just past the 1 year anniversary - look at this great news from SE0 in August 2004 - and what happened ? NOTHING.

17 August 2004

Stanelco PLC signs Exclusive Tray Lidding Deal with Reiser in the US

Stanelco PLC, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, is pleased to
announce that it has entered into an exclusive, non-binding heads of terms with
Robert Reiser & Co., Inc. ('Reiser') concerning the use of RF sealing technology
in Reiser's tray lidding machines in the USA and Canada. This arrangement also
includes a non-exclusive licence covering the use of Stanelco's RF technology in
thermoforming and other packaging technologies.

Reiser has been selling and servicing high-quality food processing and packaging

In accordance with the heads of terms Reiser are targeting a minimum of 100 new
or converted machines using Stanelco's technology during the first 12 months of
the full agreement. An annual licence fee will be agreed for each machine. In
addition, Stanelco and Reiser will be working together to develop this
technology into newly designed equipment.

Ian Balchin, Chief Executive of Stanelco, said:
'We announced our technology breakthrough on 16 July, and we are particularly
pleased that Reiser has moved so quickly and positively to take the technology
forward. Our world leading sealing system will help Reiser stay at the forefront
of the packaging industry and we are excited about the potential of this
relationship going forward. We look forward to working with Reiser on the
incorporation of our technology into their tray lidding and other equipment and
helping them deliver the benefits to their customers. We continue to have active
negotiations with a number of machine manufacturers, end users and large retail

So you had the hype in 2004 which delivered nothing in the 12 months exclusive period - why ????? Is it so great ??? or is it just plain crap ??? Was it all pie in the sky in 2004 thats repeating itself as pie in the sky in 2005 just not Reiser this time but Asda ???

Now we have the hype in 2005 - and - basically nothing again - are you so sure its such a wonderful investment ???

Read it - have you heard all those same claims recently again ???

All IMO.

Most of the people that have invested in seo, know the orders are taking a little longer than hoped for but, we also know that the orders will come. It is as always just a case of having patence, one good announcement and these will fly, then we will see the people who have sold, trying to get back in at the same price they sold at, and end up having to pay more.

gem - 02 Sep 2005 14:43 - 8859 of 27111

patience is a virtue in all things, but there is a lot of people on this board talking up stanelco as if it was going to rocket overnight, tomorrow, next week, etc etc. lets be realistic, if that is the case don`t you think that the people with the real money, and with real knowledge, would be dumping all their other investments and scratching each others eyes out in their stampede for a slice of seo ? maybe they know there is plenty of time to jump aboard when it really starts to move

SEO signs a new deal for 2000 machines

Only joking, back from Turkey, bloody hot, Re andy's post 8728 agree as usaul "this is a sound INVESTMENT for the years ahead" Time to put SEO on the back burner for me and keep topping up on the dips, theres no problem that things are going slower than anticipated it just gives the L/Term punter more time to acumelate.

baz
This (low hanging fruit) you talk about sounds interesting.

Has No Children, should become My Baby(s) = HNC to MB*

Another stock they are into ?

Value On In Preparation for another, add alphabet to EN = VOIP for a stock containing 'EN'

Mostly not SEO related I think, just idle chit chat, apart from this bit ....

Do the autumn thing, s alphabet vowels = SEO this autumn
