Nope its not, but cant you see what I am after?

bmw325 - 29 May 2007 12:08 - 903 of 2037

All you "am after" is wrecking this BB.

proteus - 29 May 2007 12:14 - 904 of 2037

BMW,
I'm trying to help him,he said he didn't want to look foolish so I'm prepared to walk him through the figures.Everyone has to learn someday.

David10B - 29 May 2007 12:26 - 905 of 2037

Well Sir please start walking as all you seem to be doing is TALKING.

I want NETT profit per store why is that so difficult for you?

bmw325 - 29 May 2007 12:27 - 906 of 2037

proteus

This gentleman has no interest in your help...his only object in life is to wreck BB's that are concerned with COH.

The only BB that has been able to get him banned is iii.

proteus - 29 May 2007 12:30 - 907 of 2037

I'm just trying to educate you.Look at last years figures and divide that by the number of stores. Now we worked out a forward sales range so you can do the same calculation for margin / store.Which part gives you technical problems ?

proteus - 29 May 2007 12:58 - 908 of 2037

Don't want to spoon feed you too much ,you don't learn that way.Pull up last years accounts. You can read how many stores they had. Then move down the page and you will find different profit figures.Note them down and I will tell you which one to use in the calculation.

David10B - 29 May 2007 13:22 - 909 of 2037

No I need to be spoon fed please.

I need to know each individual store's Nett Profit please.

Can you help, OR NOT?

ptholden - 29 May 2007 13:32 - 910 of 2037

10B

Why is the individual store profit so important? Surely the overall profitability or lack of is the most important factor. If COH management have anything about them they will have identified non-profitable outlets and will either address the issue or axe.
Do WH Smiths or Tescos etc provide individual store breakdowns - No.
This is just a smokescreen in order to 'bash' COH in the same way you ramp MLR.
I can understand the frustration of genuine holders when faced with the constant stream of crap that you post.

pth

David10B - 29 May 2007 13:50 - 911 of 2037

On the contrary Sir, if you were familar with investgative stock research you would know where I am heading!

However you are getting close.

COH has long standing poor performing outlets, and far from what you claim have neither taken action to address thes issues or AXE them.

But then why should they when there is so much easy shareholders funds available to prop them up.

Ok my game is up!

What I wish to estbalish is the quality of the COH management, and in order to start to do so I need the ratio of COH paying coffee outlets and those loss making outlets.

Anyone want to help me with this quest, seeing as I like to be spoon fed.

Once a COH shareholder has provided me with these figures all will become crystal clear.

Have a really nice day.

PS Mr Holden, if Sir it is indeed cr%p that I post then surely that should not be a cause for concern, just a need for toilet paper.

Also kindly define what you mean by the word "RAMP"

proteus - 29 May 2007 14:14 - 912 of 2037

The quality of COH management is shown in the growth of the company and it's share price which so far have been fine. Now the profit of each individual store is irrelevant it is the overall portfolio that counts. If there are too many unprofitable stores the overall figures show a weakening performance and so far this has not happened.Asking for profit by store is pointless no company produces that type of figure. You may as well ask what did they make on Wednesdy in a store in Latvia. So are you interested in the average figures,I can help you understand the accounts .It's not too difficult and really helps you to make better decisions.

cynic - 29 May 2007 14:21 - 913 of 2037

excuse me girls, but perhaps you would like to swap e-mail addresses and continue your conversation through that medium

proteus - 29 May 2007 14:31 - 914 of 2037

If there is a hole in the accounts I would like to find it.I'm sure an analysis would help everyone. So come on 10B where are you heading I can work through the figures with you ?

cynic - 29 May 2007 14:33 - 915 of 2037

BY E-MAIL PLEASE!

bmw325 - 29 May 2007 14:43 - 916 of 2037

proteus

Carry on m8...you are showing the prat what he is once again...AN IDIOT.

David10B - 29 May 2007 16:31 - 917 of 2037

Hardly old chap I am headed to show you all--once and for all that this is a poor management in action, who have opened and kept open loss making stores as to close them would cause so many problems.

Firstly they paid too much for them.

And secondly to close them in such a short time period would be a loss of business confidence.

Empik has the lenght and breadth on COH and it not my fault that you can not see that.

Since I sarted posting here in respnse to AdieH blantant ramping of this share it has gone the only way it can.

Sure Mr Worthington has done a good marketing job that has influence the SP, but that has to be supported and its not the sare price is now reacting and today its down just as I said it would be,

IT HAS TO FALL AS THERE IS NOTHING TO HOLD IT UP---JUST WATCH.

CYNIC

I REGRET BEING A PAIN IN THE BUTT, BUT I DID SAY AGES AGO TO LET THE SP DO THE TALKING!

BUT THEY WERE NOT CONTENT AT THAT AS ITS BEEN TELLING THEN SINCE ITS IS DOWNER----THEIR POSTS NOW ARE JUST RED HERRINGS.

ptholden - 29 May 2007 16:42 - 918 of 2037

10B

I think it would be fair to point out that your constant references to MLR on this thread constitute ramping and that your long repetitve negative posts on COH constitute bashing.

But, whatever, just adding a little grist to the mill :)

pth

David10B - 29 May 2007 17:13 - 919 of 2037

Yes you are right Mr Holden perfectly right.

I am indeed bashing COH.

I think its an opportunist company that is taking too much off its loyal shareholders and its going to crash.

That is my honest opinion and the SP tends to support it.

You see for despite all the news the SP is still being gravitated toward the 20s

-------------------------------------------------------------------

MLR, how can you posibly ramp up a company than has given its shareholders almost 100% sustainable growth in less than a year.

How can you ramp a company that has just done a cracking deal which has seen its profits rise?

How can you ramp a company that has first class products, top quality management, well respected international markets and some of the most highly respected associates in the business--------How can you ramp such a company?----you tell me please.

I think the company speaks for itself, I just make a few fully justified attention drawing comments being the sharholder and supporter that I am as like a little jam on all tasty things.

How many shareholders invite other people to find a fault with their particular share and then further ask them to come on this BB knock it.( you wont find a lot of that on any BB, where people are unjustly protective of their investment and immediately knock anyone who has a bad word or perhaps even an innocent question)

I can, and I did and so far there are no replies as anyone with any understanding of these things can see a real solid company and a massive upside.

MLR WILL STAND BOLDLY ON ITS MERITSI

MLR is a millionaire maker.

COH, well perhaps that too could make you a nillionaire, its all your choice.

But time will tell-- as it always does.

ptholden - 29 May 2007 17:16 - 920 of 2037

You answered your own questions!

bmw325 - 29 May 2007 17:30 - 921 of 2037

He has been slagging off COH since they were 18p....LOL.
