Really need to get to the gym tonight, feeling rather sluggish. Has anyone got one of those manual treadmills? Are they any good? See alot advertised but wonder if they are up to the job?

Fundamentalist - 03 Jul 2004 19:49 - 9066 of 23498

i have a cross trainer and an exercise bike - not allowed on a treadmill because of a dodgy knee (rugby injury) so cant help - the cross trainer is good though.

You shouldnt be exercising after drinking though!!!!
