Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

PS.
I thought the government under the care of Cameron and Osborne was an incompetent shower but didn't realise how far the con party had descended into anarchy.
They are really uniting the country and caring for their "HARD WORKING VOTERS." and fellow travellers.
(Those in the Cayman Isles.)

Saw David Cameron in the village where I live on Saturday, getting his bikes serviced at a local Cyling shop. He was in what seemed like an ebullient mood and happy with the world. Well rid of it all I suspect, who would be a PM? Everything that goes wrong from act of god downwards is your fault.
Not long now eh Dil? I will start stocking up the disused nuclear shelter with baked beans, corned beef and beer as the end of the world begins huh.
O ps must not forget to pack dvds of England’s Rugby WC win.

What a really scintillating dance and song routine from Theresa.
Or was it a drone for the faithful and based on false hope.
Belongs to times past.
Rule Britania M + J.
Mind it should keep M and D happy.

I bet David Cameron regrets giving us the referendum even though he probably would never admit it, …...but there you go he gave Britain a choice….from his point of view he probably should have just said no the backbenchers and let the Tory party split in two....then we would perhaps still be in the EU.... harsh... the Tories would have recovered in time,... but probably not without at least one Labour government taking control....

RF.
Would you prefer this.
By the way who has suffered from and whose is still suffering from the tory austerity program imposed by Osborne and Cameron and how will it compare with the Brexit austerity program.

there was only a referendum because of the threat of ukip
if limp lettuce corbyn had properly supported remain, which is what his party members wanted at the time even if jc personally did not, then it is very probable that remain would indeed have won the day
anyway, a reasonable majority of the country has voted to leave, and in one form or another, that is what will happen - and no 2nd referendum either

Boris Johnson welcomes Donald Tusk 'Canada +++' Brexit trade deal offer as 'superb way forward'

The European Union is ready to offer Britain a form of “Canada-plus” Brexit trade deal, Donald Tusk has said in a move described as a “superb way forward” by arch-critic Boris Johnson.
Mr Tusk, the European Council president, also demanded that Theresa May’s government “get down to business” and solve the Irish border issue to seal a Brexit deal.
The comments put pressure on the Prime Minister to change strategy and open talks on a Canada-plus deal ahead of a crucial meeting of EU leaders in 10 days time.
Eurosceptic Conservative MPs like Mr Johnson back a looser Canada-plus free trade deal with the EU over the closer vision agreed by Mrs May’s Cabinet at her Chequers country home.

i'm somewhat amused and bemused by the way so many on here deride TM and her negotiations with EU
none has any suggestion as to who might do a better job and of course the pull-up-the-drawbridge brigade display unbelievable naivety at best

Yes it is a load of bunkum , the whinging remoamers , the Companies putting out warnings if there's no deal , probably after sweeteners , do you see Aldi or Lidl putting out warnings , no , but here they are content to build more and more stores Nationwide . We've now got three here , and extending two of them . We need someone with a bit of GRUNT .
