very quiet considering the agm is tomorrow

WINGNUTS21 - 02 Feb 2007 02:28 - 957 of 1180

yes funny that PH ,seeing as a major pharm as made an offer for ERX,suprised to see a total of less than 10,000pounds worth of shares trade.Still there was a cupla buys off 1,000,000 ,amounting to more than 4,000pounds worth- u reckon thats J&J stake building ,hahah.

laurie squash - 02 Feb 2007 11:13 - 958 of 1180

A rare voice of reason from the other side explains why I will continue to hold ERX.

OK on the eve of the AGM my expectation is that the RNS which will be released tomorrow will read we are pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed were duly passed. If news were going to be released it would have come out today, so at the AGM you can expect them to allude to what lies ahead, with the actual news flowing over the coming weeks.

Dont forget that if they had news that was ready for public consumption tomorrow morning they should already have made arrangements to release it by now, as they cannot be seen to be withholding price sensitive information.

So as I say, I expect that they will set out their stall tomorrow and will then commence with the actual delivery of news either this month or at the latest in early March. I have my reasons for being pretty confident about this timing but I am afraid that I am not going to post them here.

Should this be how it pans out then it does not concern me in the slightest and should the price dip then funds permitting I will look to take advantage of it. As you know, I have actually added recently and I have not done so without reason.

Finally, dont overlook the fact that the holders of the .2p shares from the recent placing would not have bought in the first place and would have been selling if they were now concerned as to what was happening in the background. The vast majority of these shares have still not turned and remain with these holders!

I hope that everyone will endeavour to view the outcome of the AGM constructively whatever transpires but somehow I sense that emotions are going to be running high here tomorrow, one way or the other.

laurie
Cheers, well no emotions as yet early days. This is just one of those stocks you have to be in to win.

driver - 03 Feb 2007 23:17 - 960 of 1180

Well at least some one went. post from the other side courtesy of alby220

The company are very much aware of the need to sustain news flow but as always they cannot release anything until the right boxes are ticked, such as approval from partners and confirmation that clinical end points have been attained and that these will withstand the scrutiny of their peer group. They are poised to embark on the next stage of their corporate development and my money still says that if we stick with it that we will be rewarded.

MIKE i reproduce your post of yesterday because that is a ABSOLUTLY SPOT ON!!review of the ERIX AGM i know because i was there ,there was 4 directors from the board,2 aim regulators 1 took my paper the other said nothing, a rep from someone who held nominee shares.AND just ME out of 1200 erix shareholders, after resolutions i had them to myselfe they were only too pleased to answer all questions,i did not run through all the questions at the top because some of them i did not think would serve any purpose, and i find it difficult to ask questions take notes, and interact with them at the same time.

the placing reciently someone asked them to do it,therefore the co/individual took the lot.
they find some of the BB coments INSANE!! to put it politly
AS a result they now dont respond to individual questions,as on BBs the reply gets blown out of all proportions
They are building relationships with companys hence foreign travel
as they are a tiddler they have to rely on the big comps to advise them on the product trials, they are not in the position to tell these comps what to do,ie with results, they await these comps telling them, one of the comps is doing a largeror second first phase, forgot which one,but results look GOOD
milestone payments blown out of all proportion on these BBs
no consilidation considered at the moment
told them NO NEWS FROM THEM VERY bad on investor confidence they will change website, and have promised regular updates in future made that clear this is vital!!
price spikes in share sp due to people shorting share
zyzg sale shares nothing to do with erix
tissue bank hospitals illegal for plc to own erix have exclusive licence, hold it will not let it go,very important to them,
if i remember more i will say This is a very confident company!!!they are rightly proud of what they do and have achieved,i was VERY IMPRESSED WITH ERIX
NOT BUST!!they will only issue news when it is right!!i was very Impressed with the directors, willing to talk no problems they would have replied to questions from anyone paperwork or not!!
I am very sad nobody who lived in reasonable travelling distance did not come,it was very difficult for me to go but i did!!
I STAY WITH ERIX FOR THE LONG TERM

I have it on rather good authority that a contract is about to be signed that includes "moderate milestone payments", nothing fantasic, not the most well known pharma, no payments for 18 months, just one more link in the ERX chain.

laurie squash - 08 Feb 2007 09:44 - 963 of 1180

Just bought 500,000 and still showing as a sell.

kkeith2000 - 08 Feb 2007 17:54 - 964 of 1180

Interesting late Buys
Wins moved up very quickly trying to get hoods to move the offer up

driver - 08 Feb 2007 20:45 - 965 of 1180

kkeith
Nearly all buys today this should have gone up, as you say some heavy buying at the end.

potatohead - 09 Feb 2007 12:54 - 966 of 1180

must be the takeover i am waiting for ;-)

potatohead - 09 Feb 2007 13:28 - 967 of 1180

ZYC300 has got mentioned in MGI Pharma results.. this explains the buying that started late yesterday and continued today

StarFrog - 09 Feb 2007 14:36 - 968 of 1180

No it doesn't. ZYC300 has NOTHING TO DO with EiRX (as well you know)!!!!!

(Though I shouldn't allow myself to be baited by your musings)

potatohead - I assume your comment about me being wrong was in reply to my assertion that you knew Zyc300 has nothing to do with EiRX. So I assume that you are correcting me and telling me that you didn't know that Zyc300 has nothing to do with EiRX.

Your two links that you provide as 'evidence' (?) are somewhat strange. The first mearly confirms that MGI Pharma are recruiting patients for a trial that involves Zyc300 and the second link is just a news item that says lots of bio-companies are merging.

IN NEITHER LINK IS THERE ANY MENTION OF EiRX OR AUVATION (for that matter).

AND FOR YOUR EDUCATION - ZYC300 WAS DEVELOPED BY MGI PHARMA

oilyrag - 13 Feb 2007 13:48 - 974 of 1180

I suppose PH that because someone, who works for Hoodless brenan partners, who may have inadvertantly stumbled upon ERX for 4 seconds, they must be considering purchasing it. Come on, if you have something constructive to post then do so, if not then don't.

potatohead - 13 Feb 2007 15:17 - 975 of 1180

http://www.eirx.com/documents/EiRx_Annual_Report_2006.pdf

if you bothered reading this link you will see zyc300 belongs to ERX.

open the attached link which is ERX results, then do edit, find ZYC300.

Hoods never look at the BB, I know I watch the IP tracker like a hawk
