True, but I don't see my pet rock very much. He has his own circle of friends you know, down at Avebury.

STORMCALLER - 10 Jul 2004 14:49 - 9569 of 23498

Sounds to me like you have a monumental pet Socs, that should help you to make ever boulder decisions, and, hopefully, to pick the rock-solid certainties.

Socrates - 10 Jul 2004 14:51 - 9570 of 23498

Would that it should be that way Stormy, I would just like to win on aggregate.

Socrates - 10 Jul 2004 14:54 - 9571 of 23498

Good heavens, a flash of lightning and a clap of thunder and the rain comes pouring. I got home from shopping just in time. Cheltenham was last seen floating down the river Severn with a lone figure waving from the shore.

STORMCALLER - 10 Jul 2004 14:59 - 9572 of 23498

Did anyone wave back?

Socrates - 10 Jul 2004 15:01 - 9573 of 23498

Only a rock.

STORMCALLER - 10 Jul 2004 15:06 - 9574 of 23498

Socs,
Once again I am in awe of your wisdom, and wish I could stay longer, but I have to leave now, will maybe get back later.
Bye all.
SC

Golddog
Did you see Starsailor on T in the park, BBC3

little willie - 10 Jul 2004 20:57 - 9576 of 23498

Socs...are you sure it wasn't the Severn Bore?

Big Al - 10 Jul 2004 21:53 - 9577 of 23498

Good evening cherubs!!

Currently working my way though a second bottle and thought some one might help me to move it to a 3rd.

Apolgies for the late delivery of lemonade. Manufacturing cocked up. This weekend's version will be a citrus concoction on lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit, which is currently suffusing and should be delivered by late tomorrow morning.

Right, where'd that bottle go?

;-))

dotel - 10 Jul 2004 22:44 - 9578 of 23498

Did you say you needed any help, BigA?

Socrates - 10 Jul 2004 23:33 - 9579 of 23498

little willie
I know it wasn't the Severn Bore because he is away visiting his maiden Aunt.

Big Al
I'll have a lemonade please, then I must away to bed.

STORMCALLER - 11 Jul 2004 00:04 - 9580 of 23498

Made it, not late at all! Too early for breakfast I suppose, better have a guinness then.

STORMCALLER - 11 Jul 2004 00:46 - 9581 of 23498

That's my maintenance work finished, think I've earned a small refill, so I'll have one.

STORMCALLER - 11 Jul 2004 00:53 - 9582 of 23498

All is peace here, a good time to leave.

Big Al - 11 Jul 2004 09:57 - 9583 of 23498

dotel - polished off nicely.

Delivery of citrusade has been made! That'll get you going in the morning.

stockbunny - 11 Jul 2004 10:12 - 9584 of 23498

Good Morning!!
Big Al - would you like some breakkies with your booze? (giggle)

Socs - We used to live at Newport Pagnell at one time and yes I can
vouch for helicopters on Silverstone day! They used to start about 7am
and go on ALL morning like a fleet of airborne buses - they used to come from
an airfield near N.P. (Cranfield? or something similiar) it has a museum...anyway possibly they would
know how you book a ride if anyone's interested for next year.

So how are we all today?

Dave - No sorry didn't receive an email....

optomistic - 11 Jul 2004 10:17 - 9585 of 23498

Morning Bunny, Good to hear from you on a Sunday morning, if you are doing Breakfasts I would like a nice healthy one please, what would you suggest?

stockbunny - 11 Jul 2004 10:21 - 9586 of 23498

Ohh well...home-made muesli is good (oats, raisins, dried apricot pieces,
sunflower seeds, almond slithers, pumpkin seeds) with some semi-skimmed
milk. Followed by wholemeal toast with a little of whatever you like on
top and some fresh orange juice....is that OK?

optomistic - 11 Jul 2004 10:33 - 9587 of 23498

That will be excellent Bunny, thank you. I do hope that you are not neglecting the little Bunny's being in here Sunday AM :-))
