I consider potential forward earnings could translate into a share price, as follows:

2.5m pa = 5p
5m pa = 9p to 10p
7.7m pa = 14p to 15p
10m pa = 18p to 20p
15m pa = 27p to 30p
20m pa = 36p to 40p
25m pa = 45p to 50p
30m pa = 54p to 60p

The potential earnings to ULT just from their flagship product, Beating the Blues are huge. One can get an idea of potential earnings to ULT from BtB, from information stated in the last NICE report (ACD-2, May 2005).

The potential cost to the NHS for implementing BtB in England and Wales at Practice level was said to be 34m pa; and at PCT level, 5m pa (although the figures could be slightly higher due to the accounting assumptions involved).

On one occasion, when speaking to ULT last week, I actually plucked some figures from within the implementation costs range stated by NICE and said "do you think revenues of more than 10m to 15m pa could be achieved from sales of BtB in England and Wales?" and the reply was "yes".

Note, the above implementation figures are just for Beating the Blues, and England and Wales; to which one should add further potential revenues from sales of BtB in Scotland, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia, the rest of the English speaking world, and from ULTs other products (as well as future translations into other languages).

Once NICE endorse 'Beating The Blues' there is no competition.

In theory, PCT's can buy a product of anyone, but in the real world, will not touch anything not formally endorsed by NICE.

Then factor in it takes years to win NICE approval and the burning of 10's millions of pounds in research.

SP on the verge of multi year breakout and where this leads us is anyone's guess. Clearly with the forward earning potential of 'Beating The Blues' the sky is the limit for ULT.

I will not be 'giving' my shares away for a silly price of 5p and yes, I'm serious about that.

If every GP practice orders one license:

10465 practices * 6000 = 62.7M.

Due to the very high margins here, 50m could be profit.

PE of 20 = market cap 1 billion.

Share price of at least 75p.

All this waffle on my part, is backed up by government policy and NICE approval
which is already in the BAG

WOODIE: The article referred to new drugs in the pipeline awaitng scrutiny by NICE and their restricted funding. Not worth copying here as I now think it irrelevant.
SAM24: The sudden excitement surrounding the Vioxx compensation can only reinforce the points you make about the downside with drugs.
I believe that a ULT team of software writers and psychiatrists have spent years developing this programme to fill a widespread need, and assuming final approval, this could result in Microsoft style growth. Like you, I think I will be hanging on to my shares until they hit - er - their 2000 peak.

squidd ,

The same here, hold on to your fortune everyone.

Millions of people wordwide are taking GSK Seroxat antidepressant. But this morning it is revealed that the latest trials show it to produce suicidal tendencies.
Can't but help ULT.

rise today could be due to the itn discussing problems associated with Anti-depressants for the mental health. ULT method looking better all the time

Thought for tonight: Psychopaths build castles in the air, neurotics live in castles in the air, and ULT calls to collect the rent.

guru11 - 22 Aug 2005 23:18 - 105 of 1525

Excellent day today now bid price of 1.87p.
Should be a rush for the shares once again today.
Could easily see over 2p now.
The share of the moment?
Announcement as well could be tomorrow.
My advice is to watch this stock closely.
Then you wont need their product.

john50 - 23 Aug 2005 00:15 - 106 of 1525

Snip - 23 Aug 2005 08:23 - 112 of 1525

potentially 5.375 with a risk of 1.325 but important to remember that time does not come into it

Personally I would take half profits and let the rest run because there is nothing worse than seeing profits vanish

pension271 - 23 Aug 2005 08:28 - 113 of 1525

The Times today
One of Britain's most widely prescribed antidepressants, GLAXOSMITHKLINE's Seroxat, linked to a seven-fold increase in suicide attempts

old news revisited today !!!!

SCH15 - 23 Aug 2005 08:30 - 114 of 1525

That's true, it was only a 1k investment, i may put in a s/l after we've gone over 4, here's hoping! thanks

Snip - 23 Aug 2005 08:51 - 115 of 1525

rsi looks very overbought so I would expect a bit of a retracement soon

I don`t hold these but I am interested in TA and like to share

ecomkid - 23 Aug 2005 09:13 - 116 of 1525

this is more than TA, its the rally to the expected FAD / NICE news thats supposed to be out either today or in the next few days according to other chapps on the DVFN board

WOODIE - 23 Aug 2005 11:48 - 117 of 1525

NICE to see a rise today after the strong s/price over the last week,at the moment the s/price is overvalued.the last 6 months accounting period ended at end of july these results will be issued in dec, they will show a slight profit having said that the outlook over 2 years out is the reason why i still will not sell even though iam sitting on a nice paper profit at the moment.
