Yes please post again.Let me put it simply again for you to help you understand.Let's take 2008 sales we calculated them ,remember ? Then we calculate gross margin ,remember ? Now you make an estimate of fixed costs, can you do that ? This gives you a figure for profit/loss. Then you apply a multiple to the profit if you believe the value of a growth share is say 25 * earnings, you multiply the profit by 25.Can you do that ?.It's very easy really. Then you divide this by the number of shares to get a figure for the share price. You say the price is less than the companies cash ,don't you see how silly this makes you look.I can help you with the calculations if you have trouble using a calculator. Just ask for help it's not a problem.

10B ,
When you make up figures you should try to be consistent. It was 99% below Numis now it's 99.99% shall I give you a lesson in percentages. You should be able to grasp it being a teacher.I can tell you where to look if you want. I have no interest in MLR, just pointing out that your arguement is full of inconsistencies Re EBIT. If you cannot grasp inconsistent you can look it up on Google. It's easy really.

AdieH you seem hell bent on silencing any opposition to COh, that is not healthly.
Kindly ask IanT to look at the growing opposition to your views on iii.
We can all be wrong!
Proteus I appologise you are indeed right it was 99% that I orignally refered to whiolst being kind 99.99% is what it should be.
However lets us stick with 99%
With regard to your excellent posting above, I respectfully draw your attention to the fact that sales for 2008 are estinates only, anything can happen between now and then.
oh yes I would rather work with actual fixed costs than estimates as they can vary so widely----then it does become ever so easy---to get it wrong.

What an excellent post taken form iii with full acknowledgement thereto.
I really is so gratifying to find a COH supported with such rare intelligence.
Read it please its well worth while, and if the poster had made an allowance for the ouslaught of the increasing competition it would rate an excellent mark!
Its the increasing competition that will be the nmain factor in holding back the proposed futher expansion of COH.
But meawhile as said this is worth a read and kept all views in equilibrium:-
Re: Share Price The Money Shot 3
I think everyone is getting a bit confused here. P/E is probably not the best way to value a company that is only just made their maiden profit following 7 (almost 8) years of revenue growth at above 50% year on year. This is a the start of a new phase of growth with substantial funds available. If anyone is unsure about Richard Worthington's ability to grow a company, then please have a look at what he did with Estee Lauder! He spent 20 years there, growing the company from 45 employees with one fragrance to what it is now. Coffeeheaven will continue to grow at a massive rate and who knows where it will end up. Central European economies are also growing at a substantial rate and the potential to make money there is fantastic. When I first got a few thousand shares in COH for free, I was intrigued and did plenty of research. This looked like a great long term opportunity. I purchased quite a lot more shares and the majority are still there. Yes we all top slice a few from time to time to lock in some profits and free up some funds, but the majority of my holding is still there and will stay there until the growth tails off. This is what I planned to do with the shares when I bought them and this is still my plan. At one point Kimboy quoted a target price of 2.45. At the time this was merely a dream. However, as time goes on, this will probably become a reality. I have every faith that COH will reach 350 stores in the next few years and will they get to a point when each store is making 30-50k profit? Probably. That would lead to a far more reasonable p/e. Anyway, for the moment, have a read of the articles below about RW and feel a little more secure about who is running this company and don't worry too much about posters on this bb...

Liz Loxton, Accountancy Age, 06 Nov 2003
Having spotted a gap in the market in Poland, Richard Worthington has used the Alternative Investment Market to raise capital to expand the coffeeheaven brand in Eastern Europe. The accountant tells Liz Loxton how he developed his own recipe for success.

Richard Worthington doesn't rate the shopping in London. Speaking as someone who has been around the European retail sector for around 25 years, he believes there is a much more civilised experience to be had in mainland Europe - and specifically in Eastern Europe.
As founder of AIM-listed coffeeheaven International plc, a new chain of coffee and sandwich bars based in Poland and due to be rolled out into the Czech Republic and Hungary, he clearly has a huge stake in taking that particular line. But his arguments are borne out by analysts who argue that Poland is the destination of choice for international retailers these days and is fast becoming one of the strongest retail markets in Europe.
Retailers, including luxury brands, are hi-tailing it to the shopping malls of Poland, he says. 'You go to Riga now, or the Czech Republic, and I would say it's just as buzzy as any city in the UK with the possible exception of London. You go to Prague - and you could be anywhere. All the shops are there: Escada, MaxMara, Dior. And nicer than here by the way,' he says.
Nevertheless, proving that the right place for a new chain of coffee bars is in Warsaw - or even that the world needs another coffee bar chain - has been something of a struggle to explain to the UK investment community.
'This, if you like, is the challenge I have with the investing public - they see what's happened here. In the UK, the problem is that if you open a coffee bar and it is successful, you actually create your own failure, because someone else will open another one. There is nothing you can do about it. Somewhere like Poland, it's different,' he says.
The difference lies in town planning and in simple demographics. Poland has a population of 40 million people, many of whom live in major cities.

I regret to inform this BB of even more crass, rude and insulting posts by a COH holder,
All this is because a poster called Pedro Jack sold his sharers.
NOW IN FAVOUR OF PEDERO JACK HE HAS KINDLY INFORMED ALL WHY HE SOLD AND WHY HE FEELS THAT COH WILL FALL FUTHER.
I really dont think that the free expression of ones views should warrant such abuses from poster such as 525 BMW, who obviouly has his own hidden adgenda to keep the COH price higher and wants all the suckers, ooops please excuse my slip, investors to blindly pile in, just as they did around 50p. Seeing as I think this share will fall to below 30p, buy it buy all means but please dont listen to the silly rampers.
Pedro is a shrewed invistors look at his history, if he feels COH was worth selling I would give his view some serious consideration.
However you read and decide for yourselves.
This post is taken for AVDFN with full acknowledgement thereto.

Yes indeed you are right I really do get a lot of kicks of this BB.
As for being sad and lonely, well you could be right, but as a balanced person with 8 gorgeous grandchildren life is neither sad nor is it boring and it certainly is far from lonely.
But the best lick of all was discovering just how easy it has been in winding you up, only then to discover a flawed personality that could easily resort to violence in a rather silly futile attempt to prove an incorrect point.
ie that COH has a value over 30p( we will say 30p for the moment ok)
