Morning!

Blimey, you lot can rabbit when I'm kipping. aj - you were supposed to relax and amuse yourself whilst reclining on the sofa. ;-))

...........and who is Lap Top?

Have a wonderfully excessive day, all!

Socrates - 25 Dec 2004 09:28 - 21503 of 23498

Good morning from me and "her-indoors" and here's wishing you all a very happy and safe Christmas. Time to relax and escape, to quote Classic FM.

Now it is time to tuck into that FEB with fried kidneys that I have been looking forward to for the last twelve months. Bucks Fizz anyone?

Socrates - 25 Dec 2004 09:33 - 21504 of 23498

Oh dear, I've checked the weather forecast and it's a no show for a white Christmas for us here in Cheltenham, but the weather is clear and bright.

Priscilla - 25 Dec 2004 09:47 - 21505 of 23498

Merry Christmas to all visitors here today! Thick fog where I am and extremely cold. Off to the steam room after a quick glass of that nice bottle of champagne.... Hope Santa was good to you all!

little willie - 25 Dec 2004 09:48 - 21506 of 23498

...........Happy Christmas to All from all in South Africa............

No bloody white Christmas in more ways than one here, either....lol....

Somewhat unusually cloudy, temp about 28 degrees, chilling by pool order of day, main meal tonight 6pm at friends, 16 of us, all the stuff you have in UK.

chocolat - 25 Dec 2004 10:13 - 21507 of 23498

All snow here!! :)

optomistic - 25 Dec 2004 10:23 - 21508 of 23498

Morning All and Bye, must be on my travels soon. A little snow here but no problem as yet. Back tomorrow night so have a good day all.

Socrates - 25 Dec 2004 10:48 - 21509 of 23498

OK, that is breakfast out of the way. I have Christmas dinner on the way, huge joints of pork, beef and a traditional multi-bird roast on the go. If you pop in for the dinner, please leave a generous tip for the spit-boy who has been up all night turning the roasts in front of the fire.

Priscilla, I hope your fog clears soon. Merry Christmas.

litle willie
Just sent the Christmas e-mail to my relatives in SA. Hope they are having as good a time as you. They live in Norkem Park wherever that is. Jo'burg I think.

Chocolat
Can I have some of your snow please, last white crimbles I had was 1987.

Opto
Keep safe and well.

jeffmack - 25 Dec 2004 11:27 - 21510 of 23498

cant remember a white christmas in London/S. East

amberjane - 25 Dec 2004 13:26 - 21511 of 23498

I see Big Al, amuse myself on the sofa...can't i let others amuse me while i'm there instead? good, thanks for that but i will chill there today, awoken with a little bit of the sniffles, mustav been all the decorating, worn myself out.

Merry Crimbo everyone, sunny and mild here, definitley no sign of snow!!!! (such a shame as i have kept the sleigh!!!) Cheers everyone, bottoms up!

chocolat - 25 Dec 2004 14:41 - 21512 of 23498

Cheers to all of you...all stuffed and ready to go :)

jeffmack - 25 Dec 2004 16:52 - 21513 of 23498

Only a couple of misshaps with the crimbo dinner. I bought some foil baking dishes to save on the washing up, the dish with the turkey in had a hole in it so when I opened the oven it was swimming in fat. Then I burnt a finger.

Time to relax...

chocolat - 25 Dec 2004 16:58 - 21514 of 23498

What kind of a turkey was that then?

Socrates - 25 Dec 2004 19:29 - 21515 of 23498

Anyone awake?

jj50 - 25 Dec 2004 23:03 - 21516 of 23498

Evening all. Thought I would pop in here and share my final glass of champagne of the day with you............ hope everyone had a great Christmas and now time to r-e-l-a-x :-))

Big Al - 26 Dec 2004 08:42 - 21517 of 23498

amber - it's always preferable having somebody else amuse you as you recline! ;-))

Got a bit fat yesterday - monster lay out here and I didn't have to do anything bar turn up, grab a plate and fill it several times. ;-))

Socrates - 26 Dec 2004 09:08 - 21518 of 23498

Good morning all. Bright and dry here, sad about the earthquakes and tidal waves out east though.

Despite all the food I am feeling a bit peckish so it's FEB for me. Naughty but nice.

jeffmack - 26 Dec 2004 09:49 - 21519 of 23498

Good morning, nice crisp day here in Kent

jeffmack - 26 Dec 2004 09:51 - 21520 of 23498
