To catch LW
Priscilla, you need to invest about 700 E/W

Evening all ,there`s been a white christmas in north wales, spent the day sledging in nantglyn on christmas day,,,great fun was had by all..
Off to liverpool monday,sales m&s 8.00am,be there..

little willie - 27 Dec 2004 08:18 - 21534 of 23498

Morning all from a warm but cloudy SA. No sledging here thank God, just Tequila Sunrisers by the pool and as for DD at M&S sales, you sad old bugger, send the Mrs., thats what they're for.

Our guests start flying in today culminating in my daughter [my shining star] and her partner arriving on thursday. In total we've nine coming over, mainly for the third test match but there'll be some rock 'n'roll; the mandolin and guitar are out of their cases and have been tuned.

A couple of other guys on the estate who play a bit are going to drop in and jam along and just see what develops. These things have a habit of turning into blinding evenings with neighbours turning up out of curiousity.

The wine fridges are filled to the gunwhales, beer overfloweth and champagne is at the ready. Whole beef fillets are hanging, yes we are ready to party.

little willie - 27 Dec 2004 08:19 - 21535 of 23498

ps. thanks for congrats on the gambling...I'm crap in real life!!!!

Socrates - 27 Dec 2004 09:33 - 21537 of 23498

Good morning friends. It's off to the sales time. Not that I want anything, it's just something you have to do to keep the piece. Besides, the cafe is running short of milk and the milkman doesn't call until Wednesday morning so I'll bring some in with me.

little willie
I'm so sad for you, everyday the same!

jj50 - 27 Dec 2004 09:39 - 21538 of 23498

Morning all. Dull and grey here too! Coffee on, fresh OJ and toast and croissants for those having a leisurely breakfast and escaping the sales :-)

Socrates - 27 Dec 2004 10:09 - 21539 of 23498

jj50
I'll send you some of our sunshine, brisk but bright. Frost slowly clearing and shock, horror, the dustmen have just been!

optomistic - 27 Dec 2004 10:22 - 21540 of 23498

Morning All, just a coffee for me, another 4/5 hours and I may be ready to start eating again :-)
