As for Tony Adams this guy should be given a chance a young English manager we have no money and he is doing the best job he can, he may well get the sack but most fans are behind him at the moment, if we go down then so be it. Poor old Tony couldn't even win the the news headlines for a day, bloody Chelsea go and sack Scolari.

How about Terry Venables for Portsmouth.....he's very quiet at the moment !....saw some of the game.... and England badly missed the likes of Joe Cole, Gerrard, Owen, Rooney...just too many good players not there....those newcomer England players must understand that they must play quick little exchanges on the attack in midfield against the likes of Spain and such...the ball down the wing and over is unlikely to work very much against top opposition...the players have to be closer together at times...being spread out too much in a game like that is not going to pay off going forward !.

Have to mention Ecuador once again...they beat our under 21's I see...(remember Greece in 2004) !.....how about that country springing a surprise at the next world cup...South American dark horses in 2010 ?.
