Fred----As it happens I have just returned from a trip to town with my wife. Re your post 30439. I didn't take much notice of people begging and rarely visit the place after dark nowadays so unaware of dossers. However a few such people I did get to know reasonably well from times when I did frequent the town. There are genuine cases out there, suffering real hardship of that there is no doubt, but you would have us believe that all beggars are poor, many travel hundreds of miles to ply their trade in the more affluent areas, and make a serious amount of money in doing so.
It's great to have you posting here as the ''Champion of all lost causes'' yet in reality you can't be bothered to get off your backside to vote in order to try and improve their lot.

Could be that their isnt one cyners but this time its really nasty.

I tend to switch over at 5 oclock everyday and do a bit on the US markets a few stocks and a bit of forex and oil SBs, in fact Ive got more US boards and sites in FAVS than UK ones, and just lately its been very negative on their boards and sites.

Havent seen it like this since I went online trading in 1997.

Very nasty and negative sentiment about.

Dont forget aswel Cyners the big sell of could come well before the 17th .

I notice is just got worse on the DOW in the last 20 mins.

Not wanting to be a doom and gloom merchant but just hoping people here dont get hurt.

doodle is correct ...... there is no panic except a self-induced one ..... i'm not saying you're wrong though I would point out the old truism that when it is awfully obvious what will happen, very often it does not .... that said, I deemed it prudent to lock in a few profits

meanwhile, i'll keep reading about LNG production and usage and try to work out how to take advantage of that market

Nothing to panic about gf - typical USA, now that Syria is out of the way do we we really need to get the worry beads out again? Cyners remember the DotCom fall out when 90% of the media pres etc etc were saying buy buy buy in Jan 2000 when stock that werent making a profit had to be valued on sales ie, a P/S rather than a P/E.

They said ohhhhhh forget them their is no boom and bust cycle anymore.

We all know what happened weeks later.

sticky - i read what you write and take note, but it is farfetched to compare the dotcom bubble with the US garden party (one would like to say tea party, but that would cause even more confusion)

that said, i note that you do not risk going short either

i would argue that it is certain that a solution will be found, purely because it is imperative for world economies that it is, so one can safely assume all sorts of interesting discussions will be taking place as well as subtle and not so pressures being apllied
