I have decided that Saturdays race will be the big race at Doncaster, The Lincoln.

Doncaster traditionally marks the start of the flat racing season in the UK.

You can find the runners at the link below, but at this time they are not all certain to run.

2:45 Doncaster - Saturdays Competition horse race

vasey - 24 Mar 2004 16:39 - 4902 of 23498

There's about 90 horses listed there, Jeff! That's not a flat race; that's a whole housing estate!

vasey - 24 Mar 2004 16:41 - 4903 of 23498

Ooooh! I've gone all blue.......I have my eye on "Our Teddy"....but I will wait until Friday to book him officially.

vasey - 24 Mar 2004 16:41 - 4904 of 23498

Now I've gone all red.....!

jeffmack - 24 Mar 2004 16:42 - 4905 of 23498

Martini - 24 Mar 2004 18:20 - 4906 of 23498

The last time I saw that many horses they were riding into the valley of death!

This_is_me - 24 Mar 2004 18:43 - 4907 of 23498

I am allergic to red colours on share sites!

little woman - 24 Mar 2004 18:51 - 4908 of 23498

I presume they remove the non runners as we get closer to the rate time!

Golddog - 24 Mar 2004 23:18 - 4909 of 23498

Poochy is currently soaking in the Cafe bath with soap bubbles in his hair and playing with his little yellow sub! A nice clean and refreshed pup is always good for everyone.
:-)

little woman - 25 Mar 2004 08:57 - 4910 of 23498

Too much information GD!

Full English please.

This_is_me - 25 Mar 2004 09:23 - 4911 of 23498

The dog fleas like a clean dog!

stockbunny - 25 Mar 2004 11:50 - 4912 of 23498

Ohh-Err that's a lot of horses!
Vasey - brilliant joke on the real
estate of the race, truly brilliant, have a glass of champers on me
for giving me a really good laugh!!

Poochy so you're all clean - can I borrow your drying cabinet, you
know you sit in it and its like a tumble-dryer except you don't
tumble in it??
(saw one on Crufts show) it would be a lot quicker than drying
my fur with a hair-dryer??

Ok lunchtime - Oh No what's the kebab meat doing on the menu???
Yuck!! A feta cheese salad, a glass of Cab Sauv' and a large
slice of apple pie with lashings of cream to follow....

stockbunny - 25 Mar 2004 11:50 - 4913 of 23498

OPPPS!! Sorry, manners bunny!....Pretty please!!!

snoball - 25 Mar 2004 11:55 - 4914 of 23498

stockbunny - 25 Mar 2004 13:25 - 4915 of 23498

They are /were indeed (rtr) may they keep a-going please!!
I hate to tell you this Snowie but I still
can't shift this rotten bug, in fact I actually feel worse today
than yesterday and it's been going on for a week now!!! I've even
managed to share it/pass it on to number one son (accidently you understand) and he's none to happy with me about that.

Here try some cherry cheesecake....

stockbunny - 25 Mar 2004 14:18 - 4916 of 23498
