Eric, I'm still here, haven't given anyone reason to ban me yet BUT believe me I could if I typed what I would like to!! My opinion is BUY whilst you can below 30p, 24p or 26p won't matter where this company is headed. OOPS, nearly fell off my ramp, but don't have one, its just an opinion based on 15years in packaging, could be wrong of course. Seem to remember saying 4-6p won't matter and was a twat buying a shit share, please direct me to more shit shares like this if there are any.

kesmic, there are nearly 5300 posts for you to read, and a stack of rns' to look at and take in. most of the 5300 posts are either crap, silly , funny or chatty. that's when this was a good thread. there are some posts that are extremely useful and will give you a good idea of the seo story and how it has developed over the last two years. lately the posts have become just plain silly, antagonistic, crass and misleading. both extremes of the bull/bear view shout loudest and longest. keep reading and you will soon discover those that have a balanced view.

Kesmic Hi,
Check out my website http://www.stanelco.devisland.net
Also EVO are positive, still a target of 30p until more machine numbers are seen.
RHPS, Trendwatch, Shares Mag, Lemmininvestor, KBC Peel Hunt, Hardman & Co are all bulliish on SEO.
A couple of journo's who don't seem to understand, have written comments that were mildly bearish, one in the FT, the other was posted on fillyaboots.co forum, copied from iii.co.uk
Check out the fillyaboots.com forum, it's high quality, I often copy stuff here from over there.
Cheers,
PM

Morning Bos - I hope you are not talking about the weather as it is grey and gloomy in the South East this morning - with a hint of rain in the air.
Still I am off to Yoorkshire (Settle) this afternoon to visit my favourite relations - so hope it is better "up north" than it is here.
Nice to see SEO tick up - but expect we will be level again by tonight

Bos, trust me, it's not a glorious day when you see whats happening to the rest of my portfolio. Trusting SEO to keep me away from the soup kitchens!

ISSUE MORE SHARES - MORE DILUTION - what the hell - another half a million pounds on the market cap - who cares ;-) LOL
The rampers ignore they must be in such a bad way they have to just issue shares all the time to pay their bills -
Given this constant stream of dilutions to raise money - you might get the feeling IMO that the 5M raised earlier this year is in a holding bank ready for any fines coming up ? or its been p'd down the drain on all these trials and marketing / PR bills ?

What next - issued another 5M shares as they are short on toilet paper - A4 copy paper - pens and pencils - and need to pay the police for keeping that big queue of buyers in order outside the gate ? ;-) LOL
Its really lucky that the SP is high and hype - easy to pay bills in this scenario ;-)

Forgive me if I am being blonde and stupid, but weren't these shares issued as part of an agreed acquisition dating back 12 months?
If that is the case then its not quite dilution to pay the bills or buy paper is it?

CAN SHOOTING STAR STANELCO LIVE UP TO ITS VALUATION ??
asks Tim Rothwell, City analyst.
The packaging sector rarely nurtures shooting stars, stocks which rise from obscurity to high-flying valuations and market capitalisations in only a space of months. the phenomen is particularily rare in the UK and in market conditions such as these. However, a recent exception has emerged in the form of Stanelco, the Southampton based business which recently reported successful first stage trials with ASDA and YOUNGS for its radio frequency GreenSeal tray lidding technology (Packaging News,May 2005). The company's share price rise, quadrupling in value since February to a market capitalisation of circa 251m has been even more phenominal and would place it in third position in the UK Packaging index, just ahead of RPC.
This is no mean feat for a business that in the year ending October 2004 achieved a turnover of 1.3m and sustained an operating loss of 2.85m, up 2.21m on the previousyear. Stanelco's rise to fame has not been without some controversy, including a Patent Court judgement on aspects of edible capsule making technology in favour of competitor company Bioprogress.
Stanelco now has a product profile which includes RF monoplastic sealing, Starpol water soluble and biodegradable films, Solutape soluble adhesive films, Frogpack high impact resistant transport packaging, Candlewrap biodegradable air cushioning and Ingel edible capsules. Some of these technologies, like RF welding & biodegradable films are not entirely new and in the latter case not yet been a profitable business for competitors like Symphony Plastics. However, the market appears to be placing great optimism behind Stanelco business model. Interestingly, Stanelco's largest shareholder at the time of its 2004 year-end was The Age of Reason Foundation. Some industry analysts might also suggest a name change to The Age of Hope over Reason could be appropriate.
