Whats your opinion of the issue of more shares. Dilution or vendors of Aquasol see it as a good deal? IMO it good buisness practice.

Re the first post of the thread, in the agreement with Robert Reiser,do you know how many machines were converted? Was it to the lastest GREENSEAL spec? and if so, who were they for in the states?

Good point they are always trying to cut cost's, I wouldn't want to work for them.

You can't really call it dilution, as the deal was done ages ago, and we have Aquasol in return for those shares, and it is a lot less shares than it would have been if the S.P was still at 5p :)

In return for the shares we have a huge amount of Aquasol's I.P and great ideas, they have helped make Stanelco what it is today, a 'Green Packaging' giant in the making, so that is 'Shareholder Value' too :)

Aquasol will definately see it as a good deal, because they are getting SEO stock, just before lift-off with Wal-Mart and other USA retailers doing deals on Greenseal, and just before FrogPack leaps into action :)

I find it very strange that many people on other BBs are just talking of waiting for the next news on trials - why on earth would Stanelco release news on trials now - trial news was only important whilst the trials were not complete meaning the Asda deal was not in effect. Now the Asda deal is in effect the bearing of any of the other trials has no effect - it means nothing as Asda agreement is in effect - so therefore this has no bearing on other contracts - so future trial news would not be worthy of an RNS - if one comes it would simply show how pathetic this is all - feeding the frenzy and all that.

It should be now no more news on trials as they are not worthy of an RNS - RNSs have to be now IMO - either big orders - results or more dilutions - as the most likely three.

Just to pre-empt the posting by insiderinside claiming Greenseal only does 'cut to remove' lids.

These lies have been posted by insiderinside over and over again, here and every Stanelco discussion board

Greenseal can create cold or hot peel lids, adjustable right up to cut-to-remove lids.

RF can create these different types of lid much better than heat sealing, because it is adjustable to very fine increments.

The questions was - In the Asda Salmon trials - were the Salmon packets Cut To Open type with RF welding - and did those new packages have NEW on the front (with instructions to cut to open and not peel).

If its true it would pose many questions on the extended life and increase in sales with it having NEW on the front - and also having an IMO customer unfriendly cut to open lid - taking more time to open and potentially shreds of plastic from the scissor cut getting into the food.

So - did those Asda Salmon trials have Cut to Open lids - and was there a NEW on the front of the packets ?????

insiderinside know NOTHING, just tries to scaremonger within the rules of the BB, steps very close to the line, but at the end of the day is simply a basher with a short on SEO, taken out at 15p, and getting very worried.

Perhaps Asda should concentrate on their core business and not fanciful dreams of new welded seals - they appear to be struggling for all the hype they are getting in the media from Cut to Open Salman - Funnily enough since all this hype about sealing - I do not shop at Asda any more and use Tesco - which is IMO - far better quality - but each to their own.

Tesco & Sainsbury growth hits Asda

Asda has continued to see its market share squeezed by sales growth at rivals Tesco and Sainsbury's.

The latest figures from TNS show that in the 12 weeks to May 22nd, Sainsbury's continued on a positive trend, with its share lifting from 15.5% a year ago to 15.9%. This translates into real turnover growth of 5%, a further sign that the recovery prgramme at Sainsbury's is on solid ground.
Tesco's market share reached 29.9% across the 12 weeks, and in the four weeks to May 22nd passed the 30% barrier, taking 30.3% of UK supermarket grocery shopping.
Asda repeated the decline first seen in last month's TNS figures. The Wal-Mart owned supermarket chain's share is down from 16.6% in 2004 to 16.5% year-on-year.
The Financial Times reports that Andy Bond, Asda CEO, is reinforcing his management team with the return of former logistics director David Cheesewright, who moved from Asda to run Wal-Mart's Canadian business last year.
The combined Morrisons / Safeway share continues to decline, down to 12%, although TNS believes the figures suggest the fall is levelling off. Edward Garner, communications director of TNS Superpanel, said: "It should be remembered that much of this decline is due to fascia changes as Safeway stores are sold off in response to the Competition Commission stipulations and, more recently, the smaller stores that have been sold to Somerfield."
Waitrose continued its strong run as it benefits from the Safeway stores acquired last year, with its share up year-on-year from 3.25 to 3.7%, a turnover increase of 19%.

Whats coming tomorrow and this week - well IMO no RNS on Monday - cannot see them having anything except a super discount price sale of 1 machine in the US or a free trial machine in the US - or perhaps an order for a couple more machines - not really worthy of an RNS - they may have decided with the price well over what it should be to let it ride in with the bears to interim reporting - they know that quite of lot of aspects of the city will tear their interims to pieces - even EVO downgraded from Buy to Add recently (yes - you know whats next a quick blip at hold and the sell perhaps) - so they may now let it free ride to interims and let those who exit first get the best profits - who knows - perhaps they will try one more pump up before interim loss reporting - perhaps its no news now until after the interims have been mauled by the city - we shall see.
