As they don't have a King then a republic is probably the best idea.

N.
You are right. It was a case of parapraxis.
Always found these to give useful insight of what I and others are really thinking,
Mind it could have been a case of Paraprosdokian humour.
Again, I have to aid the stalker in his development.
8-)
Ps. I have, always liked the meaning and use of words, since I became able to read.
Wish I had done it earlier.
But thank god for spelling checkers and secretaries.

the tribes will never forgive .
and the kiling of gaddafi by pure murder was againts all human life
disgusting and that man should now be hung for all to see,
that then might help mend the tribes

Libyan leader hails wider role for Islam
LIBYA'S top leader has declared the country officially ''liberated'' from the four-decade rule of Muammar Gaddafi, pledging to replace his dictatorship with a more democratic but more strictly Islamic system.
In a speech to a cheering, flag-waving crowd, Mustafa Abdel Jalil, head of the National Transitional Council, promised to ban interest on housing loans and scrap other laws that didn't conform to Islamic jurisprudence.

Justifying one killing by a previous killing seems a primitive suggestion.
========
Libya has problems, that is why I suggested the it would need a intervention military force on the ground. The war was easy, the peace is the difficulty.
I hope that sense may prevail and they proceed to a representative democracy, but the pathway may be difficult.

I hope that Libya develops a secular state, but to evolve that, without any real present "institutions" and "civic" bodies, will be difficult and out of necessity the country "may" fall back on the religious organisations which it has in order to fill the vacuum.
