If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

bhunt,
We are looking at this - the price you are seeing is correct just as you say the percentage change is not there. Apologies for this,
Ian

Selecting 1,2,3 days etc. on basic charts gives the previous days but not today's trace. Intraday and streaming charts seem OK though.

Having been thoroughly fed up yesterday, I am delighted to see that things have been very much better here this morning - overall. I've actually been able to get the info I need at Level 2 etc (though did come across some curious newsfeed re a speech Gordon Brown was to make later today at the Labour Party Conference!).
Let's hope we're on the road back to normal service - which is great when it works!

Yes, not a bad day overall. I just hope Ian and his team have at least some hair and fingernails left.

No News - is not good news! Tantalising headlines but can't link to the story from your 'News' section!

Had a problem with the Traders thread yesterday and its the same today. Probably my office PC that I cannot change in any way but whenever I go into the Thread list I get a popup every 15 seconds that cannot be displayed. The URL is http://spe.atdmt.com/ds/0W0W1BRCYSTO/BARX/
Have you changed your popups recently because I cant use the Threads easily now otherwise I end up with loads of popups as each is in a new window?
Thanks,
TT

Ian,
I dont know what the ad is for as all I get is that screen with the URL I mentioned. It is every 10 seconds apart.
As it has BARX in the URL could it be the Barclays one?

TT,
Have spoken to our ad guys, and we are currently not serving any pop ups from the bulletin boards. I would suggest you scan your machine for spyware etc.

Ian,
I cant touch any of the software on the PC and with our controls and virus checkers etc I doubt that is the problem. I dont get this problem on the Charts page which I can leave open with no popups so I think there is definitely something on the Threads page that causes this problem.
My PC is running on Windows NT 4.00.1381
IE version (ancient) 5.5.4807.2300
Hope that all helps.
