Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I see pages havn't reset themselves for start of day yet. Are we going to have problems again?

It would appear that the prices have not reset yet as they normally would, we are taking a look at this now,

the resets have now been run on stockwatch which should have cleared out fridays volumes and prices should display as normal when they are updated at open,

level 2 all over the place, SIG for example, what's going on??

the order book doesn't match the yellow strip volume.

seems to have righted itself now.

Ian - Any reason why some of the stock prices on toplist losers aren't matching live prices? They appear to be delayed...

We are working on a fix for this - even as we speak Alex is implementing more hardware which should solve this problem. It should be live at the end of this week, apologies for the inconvenience,
